2022-11-17 ========= I bought this SDD in March and installed it in a server that is on 24/7, along with several other disks that are from 10 to 15 years old. It's faster than the magnetic HDD but not by much; to be expected from a $31 disk. In October it failed and I just reformatted it and reinstalled the system. Today it failed again. This was to replace a Samsung Pro SSD that was 8 years old. And a Team-Data SSD that was DOA. I have submitted an RMA to Lexar support, let's see how they respond. I understand those are cheap disks, but one should expect them to work. This may be an isolated failure, bad luck, so I'm willing to try a replacement. I'll update my review when I have more news. 2022-11-29 ========= Update: the manufacturer refunded my payment in full, even without me having to send the disk back (just had to destroy it). They obviously stand by their products so I have to assume that my experience was highly atypical, thus I am updating my rating to 5 stars. ... show more

The ssd was instantly recognized by the ps5 and the load time is pretty fast. The ready speed is 6,400 MB/S on the ps5 since it can’t handle the full 7,300 MB/S but it’s still really good
