This is my first upright steamer. It was easy to assemble. The instructions are good, especially considering English is obviously not the native language of the author(s). The steamer works great. It heats up incredibly fast. The water tank is easy to fill. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but I mostly need this for floors. 12x12 microfiber cloths. cut in half, are perfect as replacement pads. The two that come with the steamer are lovely, but I don't see where to buy replacements. I tried my own microfiber cloths and they are fine. I washed one that came with the steamer and it went through the wash without any problems. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it. I've used this twice now. I bought it because I have a German Shepherd and hard floors. He sheds a ton and drools everywhere. The Swiffer Wet Jet just wasn't doing the job. I'd clean and still see those little drool spots all over. After reading lots of reviews, I decided to give this a try last week. HOLY COW! It's amazing! I lightly steamed the wood floors, and they looked better than when we moved in six months ago. Today, I tried the high steam setting on the bathroom grout... it was gross! What I value most about cleaning tools is their cleaning power. The steam mop didn't disappoint me at all! The steam comes out quickly and abundantly. Spray it on the stain a few times and then wipe it. The effect is immediate. The grease in the kitchen, the crayon marks left by children, and even the dirt dropped by pets on the carpet can all be easily removed. I have laminate floors throughout my home and wanted a fast way to mop but with something a little more than cleaning fluid as I don't want to rinse the floors and thought I would give a floor steamer a shot and this was ideal. Does a fantastic job on my laminate floors without the need for oily and residue leaving cleaners that required rinsing. Powerful enough to clean the floors in one pass and no rinsing required. Enough attachments to clean car mats, furniture, upholstery, fabric, sinks, countertops, walls, kitchen, bath surfaces, etc. A really good all-in-one steamer - more than just a floor mop. I am really impressed with how this steam cleaner helps me with my cleaning. I use it mostly for the toilet and bathroom, but also for cleaning the floor, and it is really impressive how clean my floors are after washing. I have a dog, so I have to wash the floor every day. This is a pretty nice steamer with great steam power! It heats up quickly, and the water tank is easy to fill. The floor attachment is versatile—I even used it on my walls and ceiling. The other attachments work well and are easy to switch out. It cleans effectively, and I'm surprised at how much dirt it removes. It's pretty lightweight, but the water tank is small, so you'll need to refill it every ten minutes or so with constant use.
