I started the BURN capsules about a month after I took started the CURB capsules. I didn't really notice anything with the curb, so I added burn because it says they work better together. When I started the CURB, I was maintaining my weight, and maybe +/- 2 to 3 lbs. Overall a healthy eater, I am not really a dieter, but I do not eat processed foods or carbs, with very basic foods (vegetables, meats, etc) and added two extra work out days (3 High Intensity days, 3 low intensity days, and one day off with an average of 500 cal burn per day). I wasn't looking for a quick fix, just a little boost. I wanted to lose about 10lbs, and was kind of stuck. I figured I would give these a shot because I got CURB as part of a box, and wanted to stick it out, hence why I bought the burn, and an additional curb. I am two months in with CURB, and about 4 weeks in with BURN. I have gained TEN POUNDS in one month. I feel like I am constantly bloated, everything on me is puffy (from my face to my toes), my skin feels tight and I have gone up a size. I am not sure how this is burning anything other than my self-esteem and literally doing the opposite. I see it says that it will take about 12 weeks to be effective, but this is the out of this world insane. I have never gained this much weight in such a short time in my entire life. A few years ago I broke two ribs, and my collarbone, I was laid up for about 4 months and in those 4 months I gained only 5 lbs. I was literally staying in bed doing no exercise due to the fact that every breath I took was like being stabbed, and I was severely limited in any range of movement. This is the first time in my life I have gained that much weight in such an incredibly short amount of time. IF I gained TEN POUNDs in the first month, I cannot imagine what month three would look like, I mean seriously, I would love to stick it out, but I really do not trust this product at all. I could understand if I was sedentary, and not eating right, but I have added two extra work out days. It is extremely noticeable in my thighs, and stomach (Which it claims the stomach is where it is supposed to be helping, not increasing). Seriously beware, I wish I could be that person to stick it out, but I do not want to be up 30lbs and ending to have to do triple the work. Snake oil, and just a bad product with a good sales pitch.

I take two tablets before I even eat breakfast, I'll be honest I was very skeptical seeing this all over Tick Tock and advertisements but I had came to cross roads with my weights and overall became desperate for a solution. I do work out 4 days a week for one hour each day on top of taking this supplements and slightly eating healthier I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I am extremely happy.

I’ve been trying Lemme Burn for a month or so now and, to be honest, I haven’t noticed many significant changes. There might be a slight boost in energy, but it’s hard to tell if that’s from the supplement or just a placebo effect. One definite plus is the taste—it’s actually really good, which makes it easy to take daily. That said, for the price point, I expected more noticeable results. There are definitely more affordable options out there that may offer similar benefits. Overall, it’s not a bad product, but I’m just not sure it lives up to the hype.

I spent over 2 weeks researching this product (googling all of the ingredients and the dosages level to make sure this is what it says it is). Here are my biggest findings. 1) Actiponin has real clinical claims and they are using more than the minimum requirement to make the claims they’re making. You may not realize this but most supplements do not. So many scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but in reality the science doesn’t back it up. 2) the FDA doesn’t regulate supplements - guidelines only but you can put whatever you want into the market. Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight you’ve carried with you for years and doesn’t come off from regular dieting or exercise. I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Belly fat is very toxic for your body and there is so much research to back it up. OK, let’s talk about price. This is expensive. It’s not for every single person out there. Since I'm on a fixed income, I wanted to make sure this was something I could afford to add to my monthly budget. Here’s how I am justifying this, it’s working and therefore enhancing my life. And for that….. I’m willing to make the sacrifice for $40.00 per month (almost $500 yearly). I’ve spent thousands doing other crazier things to lose weight. The simple truth is this - this is a decision for me and one I feel really good after weeks of research. Lastly, I’m not being paid to write this review or care about the founder of this brand. If anything, that makes me not like it.

Definitely curbs my appetite in the morning and I feel like it has sped up my weight loss journey. I’ve noticed my weight has been coming off faster since I started this. Only con is appetite control doesn’t last past 4 hours for me. In addition to this I’ve been in a calorie deficit and walking 10,000 steps a day.

I really wish this product worked for me like others claim it did for them. I do not feel like this was effective or had any real health benefits. I have seen some reviews stating it made their stomach upset but it did not do that for me. I did think it tasted gross so tried to get it down as fast as possible! I don't think this is a good quality item and I wouldn't spend my money on it again personally.
