Just got my stove. Shipping was quick, no damage. After reading some 1 star reviews, some stated the flame was small.The stove comes with natural gas jets. If using propane, need to put bigger jets in. I tried it with installed jets and flame was small. Changed it and now flames is a lot brighter and bigger. I would recommend this stove! RVife, we replaced the gas oven bc it didn’t work they never do in RVs but didn’t realize it was connected to stove top, so had to buy a stove top too. No instructions, hubby had to figure it out, good thing he’s handy. Also it’s meant for outdoor cooking connected to propane so we had to buy an adapter that he found here on Amazon. Make sure you put the right bit on the right burner, If the flame is too large on the small but too small on the large burner you will need to change them. They’re not marked so it will be hard to tell the difference. ... show more

I reviewed this product features closely before buying it. I knew that 1 burner was quite weak, based on this information. However, one would expect that the weaker flame would be in the SMALLER burner, but NO; the weakest flame is in the LARGEST burner, which will hardly keep a pot "warm"! Why do the manufacturer do this? The product information indicates "one 130mm 3.3kW/11,260 BTU triple ring wok burner, two 75mm 1.75kW/5,971 BTU semi-rapid burners and one 55mm 1.0kW/3,412 BTU auxiliary burner", however, the "3,412 BTU is NOT the small burner of 55 mm, BUT THE BIG burner of 130 mm. Be aware of this!! Update: Replacement unit also BAD; larger burner inner ring doesn't light up. Called technician to check; had to regulate it b/c burners would turn off when moved to the lowest position. And, as another reviewer said, NO regulator. Also, NO manufacturer's name, address, or phone number! ... show more

I purchased this stove top for my off grid cabin. After a couple of weeks of using it, I'm quite pleased. I think it will do well in the long term. It arrived packaged well, no damage. I think I probably could have pushed it off a table onto the floor and it would not have been damaged. Pot spills happen, it's easy to clean up the mess on the stainless steel base. Nothing flows into burners. The stove starts easily. I made a cutout in a 1 1/2" butcher block counter top. The product description states: "The built-in gas cooker with cutout size 22”W x 20 1/2”H, is ready for natural gas installation and includes an easy to use liquefied gas conversion kit.". My connotation of "cutout" is the size of the hole the stove sits in. The dimensions given are actually the size of stove. The Instruction manual provides the recommended cutout size - in mm. A little math in needed to get the answer. There are two items keeping this from a 5 star rating. 1. The stove comes with plastic feet, I assume to sit on a table top. There is no way provided to anchor the stove to the counter top when it is installed in the cutout. I will probably remove the feet and fabricate a metal cross piece. 2. The cord for the stove (provides power to create the spark) is short. Fortunately I could move my outlet on the wall so the cord would reach. I suspect most users will need an extension cord. ... show more
