This is a great chair, I'm both big and tall and this chair adjusts perfectly for me. The Black and red appearance fit well with my office and it just looks great. There is plenty of padding making it comfortable to sit in. The rotation is smooth and makes no noise. The chair is easy to clean and wipes off easily. You can adjust the height of the chair and the angle of the chair back and rotate. The only knock on it is no rocking. You can leave the back in an unlocked position but this is more for adjustment as the arms more back as the chair back reclines. It's still very conformable just something to note about the rocking. This is the best chair ever! Seriously! It was so easy for me to put together. Direction pamphlet was easy to understand! It’s so comfortable compared to my last ones that seriously hurt me. 10/10 I seriously recommend! If I could change anything I would add more cushion in the butt of the chair but that’s just cuz I like the idea lol I love how I can rest my legs or move them around on the little stool thingy (I have ADHD and this is amazing), I love that I can rest all the way back! I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming. For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc. It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year. I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up. Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside. That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future! The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform. ... show more

I needed something for my lower back support to help with the pain sitting at my desk most of the day my son put the chair together for me there were parts that came with it that were not in the instructions and have no idea where they go and the armrest is very loose and not sure why it is very shaky other than that the massage works but I'm still trying to figure out how to turn it off while it's still plugged in instead of unplugging it every time but I love the color concept cuz it matches my office space perfectly and I think if the arms were not so loose and not sturdy and the pillow for your back was more pushed in towards the spine I think I would have loved it even more but I gave it a three because it did come quick and intact no scratches no tears no nothing but I still think it's overpriced for a gaming chair that isn't necessarily exactly friendly on the back of someone who has sciatica and nerve damage, that works from home and sits at a computer half the day and then have to run out getting her car and drive the other half a day to go see clients I honestly waited a few years before I decided this is the chair for me I am a plus size woman and if it's me just fine but like I said too pricey for lack of comfort I am 5'5 plus size women and the neck portion doesn't even reach me and I had to re-figure the back part because it was not reaching where I needed to reach but other than that it's a pretty good Trier I can't complain it gets the job done and a safe space ... show more
