The phone wouldn't open to insert sim card. Credit was supposed to be issued today. May 13th. Now delayed 10 more days. UNACCEPTABLE! Already giving me only "store credit" and not returning my money. I spend plenty of money here. It will soon STOP .

I had no problem importing contacts or any other data. You will have download your apps but that's no big deal. Phone runs like new. It's fast and responsive. I saved a ton of $ buying this over new.     • Phone not able to install security patches and Android 14 update
These phones are useless. The system update doesn't function and security patches are dated 2023 and cannot be updated to Motorolla's May 2026 EOL. Several factory resets have not helped. Avoid this refurb at all costs.
