The hose worked great until I turner it on the water to water my plants, and water sprayed from a tear in the side of the hose. Very disappointed as the reviews I read said it was a good long-lasting hose. I know these types of hoses are more delicate than the standard thick rubber hoses. However, I like they are portable and don't take up as much space as traditional hoses. I always drained it fully after use and kept it out of direct sunlight. Very disappointing. ... show more

Used it once so far, car washing. The rubber fitting between the coupler and hose comes loose and slides down the hose. Is this normal? Otherwise so far so good.

Bought it to reach a livestock water tank that’s about 85’ away. After its full extended, it almost reached it. But then when I turned on the valve to release the water into the tank, it shrunk back up 10’. I had to hold the hose and try and squirt the water in to fill the tank. I have great water pressure, but with this hose being so narrow in diameter, it took me about 15 min to fill a small 50 gallon tank. Love this product. I bought a 50ft and used it for YEARS. When I moved from NYC ( I had a terrace) to a house in Dakar, Senegal ( I now have a house)! The hose was not subject to freezing temperatures and maintained in a heated garage and emptied after each use. I hope the sellers sees this and sends me a new one. The worst place for a hose to fail is in the middle like this one. This version is not as reliable as the previous version that lasted two years. The previous version had a good fabric cover to protect the rubber hose, this one does not - you can see by the photo it failed inside the hose. The hose also reduces the amount of water that can flow due to the small diameter. ... show more
