We got this on the recommendation of my mother-in-law's housekeeper, who said she'd tried all the expensive brands and this one functioned better. We tried it when it was on sale, and we haven't been disappointed. The value for the money is excellent. Very easy to use out of the box, and despite multiple children who like to "accidentally" break things and a curious puppy who often shreds things, this unit has been going strong for months keeping our floors clean. We can't speak to the App functionality or wifi connectivity, as we haven't used that or the scheduling tools. We simply turn it on and let it do its thing in a room. When it's clean or out of battery we move it manually to another room. Very durable, and we've been very happy with it for what we need. If you need a great robo vac that gets stuff clean without the need to fool with Apps or Wifi, this is a great choice. If you need app functionality or wifi connectivity, it's probably great too, but we just don't use it for what we need.

So , I’ve been on the fence for a while and wasn’t sure how good this product would be compared to the higher priced ones. I wish I hadn’t waited . This thing is great and makes my life so much easier. She picks up well and is quiet and starts to learn patterns in cleaning . Super happy that I got this . I haven’t been able to get it connected to my Alexa or my phone but that’s def not a deal breaker. I’m a fan !!

I didn’t know what to expect when I purchased this vacuum. In fact, I was a bit skeptical. But after using it for a week or so I was very pleasantly surprised. It actually did such a great job that I didn’t have to vacuum my floor with my traditional vacuum. I have a tile floor and it worked perfectly. After 8 months of use I started having troubles with it because it would not return to the base to recharge I contacted customer service and they responded in one day. After explaining the problem they replaced it with a brand new machine. No hassle, no trouble. I would certainly buy again from this company because they Stan behind their product. In fact, I’m planning to upgrade to a version that also mops the floor!

I owned one of these prior to purchasing this one on Amazon, I accidentally dropped water on it and it stopped working. I love this vacuum for my needs. Don’t expect this vacuum to do top tier job considering the price you’re paying, I love that after it’s running low on battery it finds itself back to the charger. What I don’t like is if there’s stuff on the floor it doesn’t go around it, it will just go over it and most of the time it gets stuck until you remove it from being stuck. Has long battery life for my opinion. 10/10

I have used this robot vacuum in a home of 1000 sq ft ( one floor) for less than 1 year. It worked fine until about one month ago when it started to reverse, move in circles and do very little forward movement and cleaning. I am not sure if I should simply order replacement parts ( filter, etc.) or is this vacuum ready for the trash. I would love to save money and continue to use this product if possible. I am also ready to purchase something else as I cannot be without a robot floor cleaner for the pet hair and small amount of dirt, sand that it has picked up in the past.

I have purchased 5 of these. First 2 lasted 2 years then batteries died. So, I bought 3 more because the price seems okay for 2 years. But of the 3 one I had to exchange immediately because one of the wheels didn’t work right. And 2 months after one of the others has a wheel problem. Customer service hasn’t responded either. Which is very disappointing. I liked my first two but to have 2 out of three have a problem like this is not good. And no response from customer service makes it worse. Update: they offered a full refund, which I agreed to. They then tried to get me to repair the device and when I just asked for the promised refund they went silent and did not provide it. Do not buy these they are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible.
