The media could not be loaded. If you're balling on a budget like I am - this is the robot vaccum for you. I can set it to "random" and while I'm doing tasks elsewhere it sweeps my floors and entertains my animals. I have a huge staircase in the middle of my house with an open railing and it can sense where the ground disappears and turns around. I love that I can wash my dishes and have my floors being swept at the same time. I have 100+ year old hardwood and this has been great so far. I'm in the middle of moving houses and this has been a time saver. You can't draw maps (at least that I have found) but it moves around obstacles which is helpful

We received this as a housewarming gift and we love it! We have two cats and it helps tremendously with the daily cleaning. I also really like the app, it was very easy to connect and makes using the robot very simple. The only issue with its functionality is that it occasionally wedges itself under furniture or climbs onto a memory foam floor mat and can’t get down, so it needs human intervention every now and then. We also had an issue with the battery and had to contact customer service, but they were quick to respond and willing to send us a replacement outside of the warranty period!

We’ve used it about three times and the amount of dust it’s gathered is insane. It also picks up little bits of fluff too if you have dogs that like tearing up their toys. It’s been very good with pet fur, our dogs have think short hair so it gets everywhere. It has gone near our stairs and not down them so the sensors work well. Set up is easy.

Extremely pleased with this robot vacume cleaner mop combo! I highly recommend. I've had a few minor customer service questions and the support has been excellent. After searching for months, this one checked all the boxes. Easy maintenance and self empty and refilling mop Functions to boot.

The instructions are not through enough. The float came off the dirty water tank and I could not find how to put it back. The link for customer service didn't work. Only 3 maps allowed. It didn't clean well. Missed areas and the mop didn't mop some of the time. Poorly made a rubber piece was fraying and the mop heads were shedding.

I loved this but couldn't get it to work. If you have 5G, it will not program. I called a tech guy and my cable company. I would have to pay for an additional wifi network and log in every time I want to use it. Im giving five stars because the seller immediately gave me a full refund without making me wait. This is my second robot vacuum. This one was purchased because of the self emptying dust bin and spinning mops. My old vacuum didn't have those features. This new vacuum seems to get confused much more often than my old one. It does sweep and mop well but does not get quite as close to the wall as the old one. Also, I have it set to wash mop heads every 5 minutes because otherwise they dry out and I don't see a way to increase water. The vacuum is also able to go weeks without emptying but the instructions say to remove dust bin and clean filter daily, which defeats the purpose. Overall, this vacuum does a good job, but not sure if it is really any better than the $100 one that it replaced.
