This set is a good value for the money. I really like the look of the hammered copper, and it gives you a much more expensive look for a fraction of the price of more costly pots and pans. A bonus with this set is the non-stick lining which cleans up as well as any other non-stick pans I've used. The price difference is due to the face that these pots and pans are made of cast aluminum rather than solid copper which usually have either a tin or stainless lining, which can be difficult to clean. I like that the pots come with glass lids, which is great when cooking so you can view the contents easily without having to open the lids. I also like that the pots are aluminum, making them lightweight and easy to handle. If you want the look of a more expensive set with the convenience of a non-stick lining, glass lids, and a set that is a little lighter weight, this is the set for you!

The light weight and long handled pans are easy to use and manipulate. They are easy to clean, too. Sticky cheesy eggs cleaned up easily as did mac & cheese reheated in the same pot it was cooked in. The interior coating seems to work fine but feels rougher than the coatings on other pans I've used. My initial impression was of skepticism but after using them, that rough coating isn't a problem. The set comes with glass lids with steam vents. The large one fits the saute pan well but while it does fit, it takes a bit of extra fiddling to get it to seat properly. The included nylon spatula and ladle should be safe to use while cooking but I would never leave them leaning on the edge of the pots or pan for fear of having them melt. There are a few cleaning instructions on the product page but no use or cleaning instructions on or in the box. While primarily aluminum, these do have a magnetic base plate. While it's not written out, the box does include the looping symbol so these should work on inductions stoves.

I am give it 4 stars for now. It's lightweight and has a beautiful copper design. The pot top fits both fry pan and casserole pot which is perfect use if you or using either one. Now the ladle is kind of small compared to what I have. Th spatula I don't know what that is its small as well and don't have that bent structure to it and it's different from what the image is. UPDATE soon on hiw it cooks my food

I'm a cast iron fan but like to keep a small "teflon" (PTFE) pan on hand for scrambled eggs and making omelets or adding a second pan for quick-toasting flour shells. I keep them fresh to be careful of aluminum bases and was drawn to this set by the unique coating and attractive look of hammered copper. These are inexpensive pans in both construction and price, but well-designed. I was surprised by the texture--rough like sandpaper--so I was skeptical of how they would perform. So, I did an egg test--2-over-easy (not my thing, but the ultimate test) in a little butter and they came out of the pan easily. A notable feature is the long handles with embedded hangers. The glass lids fit well and the fry pan is deep-sided.

It really is non stick. It has a rough interior so I was skeptical about it's non stick capabilities, but it definitely works well and I was surprised. This set is well made, durable and heavy duty. It definitely feels like it will last a long time.

A s a chef, I have purchased my fair share of supposedly non-stick cookware and quite a few missed the mark. This brand of cookware has hit the mark. It is so easy to clean and the food doesn't stick. I have cooked a variety of meals using these pots and pan and I have been happy with the turnout. The set is durable and can stand a lot of heat being distributed. I would give this cookware set 10 stars if I could.
