Honestly one of the best investments we’ve ever made for our kitchen. It hold even heat, is astoundingly easy to clean, and transitions well from stovetop to oven. Follow the users manual that comes with it and you won’t go wrong. Don’t use abrasive surfaces on it.

This pan performs flawlessly. Heat distribution is perfect as in all of the Le Creuset cookware. They’re not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I’ve been amassing my collection over time and each piece has fully delivered. Have had this two years. I swear mine was not made in China. I wouldn’t have purchased. But they are now and I’m in search of cookery NOT made in China. Love this pan though. Looks brand new. This is their newest line. Happy about the purchase. Got it while they still had the introductory offer. Long handle and helper handle are nicely crafted, as well as the lid. A bit heavy for one hand to handle, that's why there's a helper handle. Good thickness and excellent quality. Not cheap but it stands well for it's name. No disappointment. LOVE LeCreuset. I did not have this pan and was so excited to get it. Cooks amazing and easy to clean up. Hasn't scratched because I am very careful - I have other LeCreuset pans and they have lasted me many years. I am sure this one will also.
