I like the online trend of roasting garlic in pretty little ceramic dishes. I have used this multiple times for that purpose. Be careful with how much oil you put in this, it can boil over, so I put it on a baking sheet to avoid spillage into the oven itself. I with they had a 10 or 12 oz cocotte.
