This oven is quite large and is EXACTLY what I wanted. The large top makes it easy to use, and it can function almost like a wok. It seems to distribute heat very well and an evenly, and allows one to use a lower temperature setting than one would use with other vessels. The single drawback is that it is a bit of a challenge, so to say, for cleaning, because of its size and weight.
