Description

Yes I burnt it!!! Badly too. Making bbq ribs with homemade sauce. Had a bit much sugar and maple syrup. Grilled 1/2 rack twice without washing between first & second batch. Normally I woulda toss the burnt pan/pot into trash but because it wasn’t cheap I decided to remove the crud. After several times boiling and using a plastic scraper and not coming of fast enough I got desperate and used a metal scraper (I’m sure le creuset don’t recommend doing this). Using fingernail and metal scraper I was able to remove all burned on sauce. At one point I was afraid the metal scraper would ruin my grill pan but it did not!! In fact this pan came with a tiny red paint inside the pan that didn’t even come off as I scraped. You can see in the pictures the grill pan looks as good as brand new attesting to their superb quality. ... show more

I used my new le creuset round stove top grill tonight for the first time. Grilled chicken. My husband wanted to grill on outdoor grill. I told him much simpler, faster on my new le creuset. Quicker. The chicken breasts were just as flavorful as on "the grill." Easy to judge when done. Follow instructions provided; get the stove top grill hot, spray non-stick on food, not grill, drizzle water to test when griller is hot enough. My chicken cooked quickly and released from grill easily when ready to turn or done. Very pleased with my new le creuset cook top griller. Makes it easy when not enough time or weather doesn't permit or simply don't feel like grilling outside. Makes indoor grilling very easy and my chicken breasts tasted every bit as good if we had "grilled" on outdoor grill. Highly recommend this product! I'm going to buy 2 more for my adult kids! ... show more

Wasn’t sure I would like a grill pan, had my mind set on this particular brand. So glad I didn’t settle for anything else. This pan is easy to clean and instructions that came with it also gave some extra helpful hints. Will definitely be purchasing more cookware by this brand.
