Great net (would have loved to give 5 stars), but it arrived broken. The height adjustment knob on one side of the net does not work, and the rubber pad that rests on the table was not attached (and looked like someone had attempted to glue it back on). Great net, but it arrived broken. Rubber pad that rests on the table was not attached. I used some glue and fixed it. Box had a large red sticker on it, likely that I received an item that was know to be defective. Thatโ€™s disappointing but the net is great.

Overall, The best Net I have ever bought. We use our Ping Pong table for lots of uses, and take the net down often. This net goes on and off in 1 minute, super tension on the net. I do question the string thru the net , could be more robust, but we will see in time, great net for the money.

    • Very good clamps, a little tricky to set tension alone
My table came with a screw down c-clamp style budget net that sticks out from the table and was a pain to take on and off when not playing in order to improve the walking space. This net is a better quality, more heavy duty "insert" style net, rather than a "loop over pole" net, and it has a tension string with beaded ends that insert into a slot in the clamps. The tricky thing is if you don't have tension, the beads fall out of the slot, so if you are on one end pulling tension, and the other end falls out, you can't pull tension. It works best with two people, and since your playing with someone, it's not a big deal. But the ones with the rings that go over the metal cleat are a little easier to tension up. The clamps themselves are super sturdy, wide enough to property center the net over the typical gap in a folding table, and rest square on the edge of the table, so you know it's straight. The clamps make set up so much easier! Now if only I could lock in the net line on one side (I'm thinking it would be easy to use a toothpick or similar to wedge it in the slot), it would be perfect. ... show more
