We discovered Le Creuset cookware many years ago and it has become our favorite. It is durable, cleans easy and lasts a long time. I needed a new Stockpot, our 40 year old got a chip after dropped it. This new one heats water, makes chili, soup and is the right size for making these meals.

Arrived quickly, but the box had already been opened and it was for the wrong color pot. The pot was undamaged, but was covered in greasy finger and hand prints. I sent Le Creuset customer support an email and message, but it just loops back around saying it is a un-monitored mailbox. This is my first experience with Le Creuset and probably my last. The pot itself seems very thin and feels cheap. I would not recommend it. I will be returning it. ... show more
