I use a SD card and can look back for the whole day if needed. I can hear room noise sometimes out of one camera. I’m not sure if it has to do with my settings. The media could not be loaded. My kiddos always answer “It wasn’t me” when we ask them who started an argument or spilled something or made a mess and left it. I am sooo over it! So, I got this camera for their play area so we can see for ourselves who does what. It also helps to serve as extra security for when we are out of town or need to keep an eye on play dates with friends who come over. The camera image and sound are very clear. It is attractive and comes with the necessary equipment to hang the camera if you prefer but I just tucked it in between toys so that after a while it is forgotten. We do have cats that fight a lot and now we can see who the bully is on camera as well. This camera would be great as a security device or to just keep tabs on what is going on in your house and you can save the video footage to show the culprit what they are doing. It has solved a few arguments so far so to me this camera is worth every penny! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it. ... show more

Never received customer service support for being unable to use memory card . When I insert the card , I get a message that no card is found. It will not stay in the slot. Contacted customer service a couple of times, but never heard back.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to get a camera to put inside my house to watch my dog when I'm away. Like most cameras, or any sort of new electronic device you add to your house these days, you needed an app for this. The app side, once it finally configured to the camera, I had no problems interacting with it from my phone. I like that I can switch between simply watching to speaking directly to my dog through the built-in microphone. The motion tracking allows you to keep a more focused view on sudden movements, great for pets who tend to escape from their cages / kennels when anxious or as a backup security camera in your home near windows or doors to prevent Intruders from sneaking in unnoticed. The camera itself is pretty small, more compact than I assumed, at least compared to the box it came in. Set up is simple enough to adjust to your liking and the ability to share access to the camera between family members and friends makes this great for long trips away and pet sitters alike, giving you a greater sense of ease when you're away from your home. ... show more
