This thing is absolutely junk. It gets extremely hot plugged into the recommended power source (5V 1Amp) that is not provided. I would definitely not leave this plugged in while leaving the house as it gets so hot that I can’t even keep my hand on it being plugged in for 5 minutes . It could very well start a fire. Very difficult to setup and and stay connected. Must pay for subscription to view recording other than the micro and card it’s $4.99 a month or $34.00 a year for the cheapest plan. Everything about this camera is junk I absolutely have nothing good to say about it other than it arrived in less than two days of ordering. ... show more

First of all, this camera is much bigger that it looks. It definitely will not work for what we needed. 2. If it is more than about 3 feet from my phone, it will not connect for me to view it. 3. It is not easy to set up. Pretty sure we will be returning this because it was a waste of money and time

The camera piece is way too big and the software you use to open the video is very slow, has ads, and sometimes doesn’t like to open the video feed. This camera is very low quality and is way too obvious with placement. I needed a camera to hide in my office because someone was stealing things and I wanted to see who but it’s too big and was spotted, I did catch the thief but they saw the camera first.
