The majority of reviewers in YouTube seem to be positive and they absolutely love this product, a light bulb fixture surveillance camera, unfortunately I am not one of those people that is definitely not happy with this product. There are a lot of reasons why I won’t be buying this product again and I really don’t know why so many people love product with all the problems I am having with this surveillance camera. I live in a very windy state out west and evidently this surveillance camera was not designed to be used where they live is windy. I am sure that a lot of people except the surveillance camera to shake quite a bit in very windy weather but the surveillance camera seems to get confused in heavy wind with the wind blowing the camera moves left and right and left and right very rapidly like it is possessed by something evil, moving back and forth very rapidly in all directions and when it gets that way when I need to control the in which I want the surveillance camera where I want it to go it won’t let me have control where I want to look like the surveillance camera has a mind of its own and I am fighting with the surveillance camera to allow me to have control of it to see where it want to see not where it wants to look. Even on a light breee of a day the surveillance camera goes crazy wanting to watch the leaves in the trees blow back and forth and a shopping bag blowing in the wind it’s got to watch the shopping bag blowing in the wind. When I take the dogs out the camera would rather look at the door frame of my front door than ti watch where me and the dogs are going. This surveillance camera ha no problems informing me that it loves to watch the moths and flying bug that are attracted to the light from the surveillance camera and surveillance camera seems to love all the attention that it gets from the moths and bug’s attracted to it’s light to the point it doesn’t go where it want it to go. The online cloud that stores videos and records alerts is worthless and definitely not worth $120 a year when the only alerts that I see recorded is of no importantance to me that mostly records the leaves blowing in the trees and bugs and moths attacked to the light of the surveillance camera and unimportant things that I don’t need recruitings of and the camera very rarely records vehicles and people going up and down the street. Lastly if I lose internet connection the surveillance camera is difficult to get reconnected back on the network ad this surveillance camera is more of a frustration to me than a help to me.

i had the units for about a month. had issue with it detected and recorded image without any one or thing in the recording clip. i had this problem within the first couple of weeks. i thought maybe i try to figure it out. in live view if i entered the field of view i can see myself, but it does not show it on the recorded clip on cloud, or no recording at all. of course it's now pass the 30 days return window . update: i have the same problem as this user comment. i subsequently cancel my subscription. so now it is not functional gathering dust. i contacted the seller/mfg, don't remember they had responded or resolve my issue. here is quoted the other user comment: "Honestly, the product isn’t all that great. There is a delay on recording and most of the time you won’t even see who popped up on the camera unless they stand in front of it long enough and if you want to actually see them you’re forced to pay for the subscription. I sent an email to the manufacturer and I was told it was an internet issue on my end but it’s not. I am running 500mgbps of speeds all for myself. When I replied and told them it was a software issue and needed an update no one replied back. If you’re looking for something simple. This is it. Maybe to watch the baby, or overlook your living room. If you’re looking for top notch home security it’s best to just invest in a whole system and just spend triple digits. Oh and expect it to go off all hours of the day to absolutely nothing. The camera gives off feedback noise from the inside and it sets it off and when you check no one is even there. This isn’t an exaggeration. And I waited half a year to make this review so that I can make sure I wasn’t wrong about what I’m saying."

Cameras have good quality for the money. The setup was a nightmare, and instructions were vague. The trouble shooting connection is AI, which is basically useless with basic replies that send you to a different link, I found it was not very helpful. Said it had a pet mode which I still can't find, so my cat continues to trigger the cameras sending constant messages to my mobile devices, most irritating😖,had to load two different apps to link up with my tablet#1 and phone #2,both are android devices but the Samsung A7 tablet won't download the app on the cameras and I had to shop around for a compatible app for my galaxy A7 tablet to work properly with the cameras. When I link up to the cameras to check for activity the apps keep the images blocked by an add to subscription to a cloud monitoring service which I don't want to pay for, also don't want unknown people invading my privacy & accessing my cameras. So to access any captured video I have to access the cameras directly to bypass the add for cloud monitoring service. The cameras require a micro SD card which are not included (twin pack of cameras so plan on buying two micro SD cards) to be able to capture any video to review. Very disappointed with the AI tech support and the constant adds to get you to spend more money on monitoring service.
