Camera system works pretty well. My DVR went out after about 8 months, but customer service took care of me. Night vision range is limited, picture quality is good enough for the money spent.

    • I installed a 16 ch. system about a month ago and I am impressed so far
I bought this 16 ch. system to replace an old one from another brand that was working fine, but having problems with some setup fixtures. I opted for Zosi system only because of the price that was so much lower than the same system like the old one I have. Then, I was waiting to see it to believe. I had problems with the control box but contacted support and a replacement was sent to me in no time. I had some help from Slina who was very nice and professionally supportive about my issues and even after that to make sure I was satisfied. The cameras' performance are great and show a truly clear and detailed picture. I do need a year or more to really tell how good this is, but so far, I am happy and at such a price for a system like this, I could not have a better decision.     • Cameras need to last more than 4 months!!
Worked good when we first got it but we are already having issues with 2 cameras. One has color lines running throught it and the other doesn't want to stay adjusted for the color. Update: now a 3rd camera is going wanky

I ordered this system to expand a Zosi 8 channel system which was working fine. I needed at least 11 channels. This system was easy to install and produces a clear picture with good range and coverage. I did have 1 bad camera upon arrival. I contacted Zosi and a new camera was sent to me quickly at no cost. The system has performed flawlessly and I am very satisfied. I recently installed a Zosi 4K security system for my neighbor. He is extremely happen about the resolution and he is constantly bragging about the picture. I am personally involved in these three systems and I am very pleased. Review Update: The warranty has expired on my system. I now have 1 camera that has a double image and I am having problems with the DVR / Hard Drive. The DVR stops recognizing the hard and I get a disk lost error on my monitor. If you wait long enough, the hard drive will reappear, however it is totally blank and all video that you thought you recorded is missing. This has happened to me twice now. Both times I thought I had videos of instances hat had happened only to find out the hard drive was blank and all I got was no data available error. Looks as though this is a good system for about 1 year and then I guess you need to replace or get ready to repair the system. i thought you did not have to have internet ,i click on the cam,they all work but if i want to zoom in or play back is sa admin ,then pass word ,,took 35 min to get a cold to do pass word but still not work ,so ill try 2 moro ,,,but why would i need internet to set up psss word for the dvr an cam ,,i dont want on line cams ... show more
