I am writing this review after 2 years of extensive use.. Seeing an impressive performance I bought one add-on last year.. Very intuitive and easy to use Security Camera and I feel it is still one of the best available on the market. Recently one of the cameras was leaking battery. I contacted customer support. The response was very prompt and I got all the help with troubleshooting.. WUUK team was firmly standing behind their product and ready to walk the extra mile to resolve the issue, if any. They were even ready to replace the product for free even though the warranty had expired a year before. Overall great product, competitive price and great value for home security. I will be buying a few more in the near future and highly recommend after seeing great performance and their excellent customer support..

I bought the Hub and 2 camera combo, the door bell, and 2 extra cameras. I attached pictures of one of the installed cameras, the doorbell, and different views from the cameras. Starting off was the Installation: The hub and cameras were easiest to unbox all inside and set them up through the app all on one location. The app guides you though how to connect the cameras to the base station. As soon as they were connected, I did a firmware update on all of the devices to make sure everything was up to date. Installing them was very simple. Screw the base to the wall with the provided hardware and then screw the camera to the base. You can open up the app and hit network diagnostics on the camera to get an idea on how the signal is between the camera and the hub. Then open up the app to so you can adjust the camera to get the view you want. After that, I renamed and put the camera in the order I wanted them. I went through the various setting of the cameras to make sure I liked all the settings. I attached a picture of the adjustable settings for one of the cameras. The Cameras: They have some nice features and record all local to the Hub. I set up motion detection ranges for each camera so if would only record or notify when there was motion in that area. The Cameras have been installed for almost a month and still show 100% battery. I asked support about this and they said "if the camera has a low number of daily triggers, the camera will remain at 100% for 2 weeks or longer." The cameras will only record for a max 30 seconds then start a new recording. You will sometimes miss a little time between recordings depending on if motion is detected in your zone. For my purpose, 30 seconds is plenty of time for a recording. My hub shows there is 4.7GB/29.1GB used up after about a month of use. The night vision on the cameras gives a nice picture. I had to disable the night vision on one of them due to the outside lights on the house. The doorbell gave a much better picture than I was expecting so I didn't have to use a separate camera for the from entry. That one is turned off right now and will he installed soon at a different location so it shows device disconnected on that app. You can listen and talk back in any of the cameras using live view. They also have a dismount alarm feature that causes the camera itself to alarm. It can only be enable or disabled in the app to help with tampering. This is a nice feature since the camera just screws on to the base and nothing locks it in place from theft. Overall: I am very happy with the system. It's definitely not the cheapest option but there are no monthly cloud subscription fees. So, it's a one time purchase and no addition yearly fees. I compared it to a RING system as far as costs. After 2 years of owning the Ring cameras and paying the fees, I would break even. So every year after that would actually cost me more money than the WUUK system would have. The Installation was easy and the customization options for the cameras and doorbell made it so I don't have get constant alerts on my phone or drain battery life of the camera. My only suggestion would be to make a web browser login to the WUUK hub so see videos and download them to my PC instead of my phone.

The size of the cameras and its easy installation was great. The video have great quality capabilities and its modern look was great. Easy to move the camera manually to focus to change the area focused on the camera shut and the night vision worked great. I gave a 4 star because the application needs to be faster with old video shuts and how to managed the fotos. Should also allow continue videos if the move continues (avoid small video and the jump few seconds later missing some of the action. May be the device shall be able to be managed other camera software and the customer decide in the configuration how will be managed

I purchased the 4 camera kit with base station. I was so happy with that a few weeks later I added two more cameras to the system. The camera quality is excellent. Picture resolution, sound, motion, notification, and many other features are all great. Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network. The furthest camera is about 50 feet from the base station and I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works with no problems. After using them for a few months one camera began losing battery life faster than the others that stayed at nearly 100% for a long time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through possible issues that might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they sent a replacement unit. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Find another camera! I’m going back to ring personally! Only reason I switched was because I was sick of having to charge the battery often. So I found solar cameras with this brand and wanted to switch all my cameras to be the same. But the quality is horrible. The audio through the camera is awful. I can’t understand them and vice versa. The visual is good but you can’t turn the screen so you only see exactly what’s in line of sight. With ring you can turn the screen right and left to see a bit more of what’s there. You can also see what motion was detected if you miss it. With this system if you miss it at that moment you just miss it. So not helpful at all if you’re away from your home when you get an alert that someone was at your door. I switched for a better battery and that is the ONLY thing I got. I have not had to charge the battery. I have 2 solar (so of course not) and 1 regular running on battery for a couple months now. Will be going back to ring for all other cameras and buying an extra battery pack I guess. That would be better than this crap.

I installed 5 of these cameras plus the doorbell, all connected to the same station. Great resolution and video quality. Super easy to set up. My only complain it's the app, I had issues connecting it to Alexa, tried for a few times but finally got it working. Also, it's a little confusing setting up the mode schedules, that could be improved. It would be better if it had more modes (like an ultra alert mode turning on all alarms and lights when human detection is on). Still not sure why it says that they should not be exposed to direct sunlight if these are outdoor cameras... they should have a cover option. It's been 4 weeks and these are the baterry % (see pic). As you can see, the doorbell does not last long (contrary to what it says in specs, 6 months). All of these can be improved. Overall, great price for the value, I like the way you can adjust sensitivity, and set up a screen area for detection. The memory capacity is fair, it can handle a long time recording without having to delete videos. I feel more secure now.
