Style: Base Station + 2-Camera Kit
I bought the Hub and 2 camera combo, the door bell, and 2 extra cameras. I attached pictures of one of the installed cameras, the doorbell, and different views from the cameras. Starting off was the Installation: The hub and cameras were easiest to unbox all inside and set them up through the app all on one location. The app guides you though how to connect the cameras to the base station. As soon as they were connected, I did a firmware update on all of the devices to make sure everything was up to date. Installing them was very simple. Screw the base to the wall with the provided hardware and then screw the camera to the base. You can open up the app and hit network diagnostics on the camera to get an idea on how the signal is between the camera and the hub. Then open up the app to so you can adjust the camera to get the view you want. After that, I renamed and put the camera in the order I wanted them. I went through the various setting of the cameras to make sure I liked all the settings. I attached a picture of the adjustable settings for one of the cameras. The Cameras: They have some nice features and record all local to the Hub. I set up motion detection ranges for each camera so if would only record or notify when there was motion in that area. The Cameras have been installed for almost a month and still show 100% battery. I asked support about this and they said "if the camera has a low number of daily triggers, the camera will remain at 100% for 2 weeks or longer." The cameras will only record for a max 30 seconds then start a new recording. You will sometimes miss a little time between recordings depending on if motion is detected in your zone. For my purpose, 30 seconds is plenty of time for a recording. My hub shows there is 4.7GB/29.1GB used up after about a month of use. The night vision on the cameras gives a nice picture. I had to disable the night vision on one of them due to the outside lights on the house. The doorbell gave a much better picture than I was expecting so I didn't have to use a separate camera for the from entry. That one is turned off right now and will he installed soon at a different location so it shows device disconnected on that app. You can listen and talk back in any of the cameras using live view. They also have a dismount alarm feature that causes the camera itself to alarm. It can only be enable or disabled in the app to help with tampering. This is a nice feature since the camera just screws on to the base and nothing locks it in place from theft. Overall: I am very happy with the system. It's definitely not the cheapest option but there are no monthly cloud subscription fees. So, it's a one time purchase and no addition yearly fees. I compared it to a RING system as far as costs. After 2 years of owning the Ring cameras and paying the fees, I would break even. So every year after that would actually cost me more money than the WUUK system would have. The Installation was easy and the customization options for the cameras and doorbell made it so I don't have get constant alerts on my phone or drain battery life of the camera. My only suggestion would be to make a web browser login to the WUUK hub so see videos and download them to my PC instead of my phone.

High quality video feed, outstanding customer service

Update: One of the cameras would not recharge using the same portable battery just used on another camera. I contacted Customer Service and after initial discussions, they promptly replaced the camera, no hassle or argument. I have been totally impressed with their customer service responses and having a strong responsive company stand behind their products is satisfying. Why buy any product that the company who sells it will not support it. I would buy from this company again, without hesitation. UPDATE: Initially there were some software bugs and one of the cameras had a problem, which prompted my first review. Since then, I have experienced a 'Nordstrom' level of customer service. The company I believe is rather new so had some issues to work out. However, they quickly replaced one camera and provided solar panels to test out. They have always responded and done so in a positive manner going above and beyond the normal. I would not hesitate to buy their products again as I am confident their support will be the best I could expect. UPDATE: It is a good system in daylight hours but at night if there are no outside lights on, then the cameras will not record any event. I've contacted support and they promised to work on it. We'll see. UPDATE: The rating has been updated to 4 stars (from 3) due to their continuous responses, efforts to get it right and determination to become a player in the market in a crowed field. If they continue to be aggressive in solving issues then will possibly become one of the leaders in the field. They seem to be a startup, so the experience has not been smooth one, but the issues seem to be software related, so future updates will most likely eliminate the issue such as not detecting motion when it is dark if set to human motion only. Right now the fix is to record all events instead of just human events, then any and all motion, human or not gets recorded. Like - 2K video - Able to set human, or all motion - flexible options on notifications - 32GB of storage - Setup initially wired to router, then switch to wireless and locate base where signal is strong - Fairly easy to setup - Cameras seem to be good quality build, while Base unit is light as a feather (anything in there?) Dislike - One camera senses human motion at night, but doesn't record or notify of the motion. Motion detection after Dark only works if set on Smart Alert, not Human Alert. This means all movement will be recorded whether a deer, leaf blowing or a human, wasting disk space. Support recommended this setting when I reported the cameras not identifying human activity (UPS delivery) after dark. - Customer service responds 24 hours later, never same day. No telephone or chat available even though their marketing content lists it as an option. - No magnetic mount included (like Eufy) - No solar panel charging as an add-on - WUUK seems to be in beta testing, not fully tested product. WUUK pushed out an update to one camera showing me that the company in China has access to my camera and most likely video feed. Bottom line: There are several other security camera options available in the same price range that have most of the same software options, 2K camera, battery life. The biggest advantage I see is that the base unit on first setup needs to be wired to the router, but after setup can be switched to wireless and moved to wherever there is a strong enough signal. All others I have researched need to remain wired to the router. That is the main advantage. I also purchased two others that went on sale for Black Friday and will be testing them soon.

My In-depth Wuuk Wireless Cam Pro Kit Review
Style: Base Station + 2-Camera Kit
This is my in depth review of the Wuuk Cam Pro. First off, before even purchasing a home security camera system I did extensive research as to make sure I was aware of what was on the market and where I could get the most bang for my buck. My research led me to Wuuk. What stood out to me about these cameras as opposed to others right off the bat was the ability to be wireless. Its long battery life can go a couple months on one charge. Of course this will be dependent on how much camera activity you get and how high the video resolution is set to (auto, 720p, 1080p, 2K) along with the duration of the video you want the camera to record when it gets activity (10s, 15s, 20s or 30s). The Wuuk cam pro cameras are small and compact. Not bulky at all; almost fist sized but they sure pack a punch. This gives you so much versatility when it comes to installing them. Wuuk provides you with a wall mount that can be placed almost anywhere you can think of. I had no problem installing a mount to a tree with just an impact driver (screw gun). When it came time to install my other cameras physically to the house, I decided that I did NOT want to make holes in my home just to install cameras. My home has vinyl siding and so I did NOT want to take the chance of drilling a hole that could possibly cause a leak simply to install cameras. So what I did was purchase a vinyl siding camera mount that had a standard 1/4 inch threaded connector and installed a camera that way no problem. I also purchased a gutter mount that had a standard 1/4 inch connector and installed a couple cameras in that fashion with no trouble. The light-weight Wuuk cameras means that when installing them onto things like siding and gutter mounts they are still very stable and are going no where. My only gripe with the Wuuk camera is that overtime I had 2 of my cameras get condensation and rain water within the lens. I fixed this once or twice by polishing the lens with lens polish. Other times I fixed this by running a hair dryer lightly towards the lens until the rain water inside dried and evaporated. But the last time this happened it was unfixable and I couldn’t bear it because I was left with 2 cameras with rain water in the lens that blurried and fogged the video picture. I contacted Wuuk Customer Service and they fixed this for me right away by sending me 2 brand new replacement cameras. Another great thing you get with Wuuk is great customer service. They really care. Thank you Sophia. This is what I did to fix the problem of having rainwater blurry or fog up the lens over time. For each of my cameras not under an eave or overhang and exposed to the elements, I purchased a 5.9” x 3.9” x 2.8” IP65 waterproof transparent covered junction box. I drilled one hole in the back center of it and fitted it with a rubber grommet to attach the camera to its 1/4 inch threaded connector on the mount. I then drilled one hole fitted with a 1/4 inch cable gland in the bottom corner to allow the charging cable for a solar panel through to the charging port. I got a mount with double thread connectors; on top (to attach the Wuuk solar panel) and on bottom (to attach the Wuuk camera). Then I housed the camera inside the junction box, connected it to the mount through the rubber grommet. Attached the Wuuk solar panel to the top thread on the mount and ran the charging cable through the cable gland with the access cable stored inside the junction box for a neat and tidy look. Then I added a couple of silicon moister absorbers housed in the junction box with the camera and installed it in my desired location. Now there’s absolutely no rain water even possibly affecting the lens overtime and fogging the picture. Goodbye lens moisture and condensation! And with the solar panel keeping the camera constantly charged, I never have to break out my ladder again to even touch the cameras. Upon purchase it was easy to set up right out of the box. Connect the base station into the internet router. Follow the included mobile app diagnostic instructions. Pair the camera with the base station. Install the camera where you desire it. And you’re ready to go. The cameras are able to give you live feed with a minimal 1 or 2 second delay. They do this via connection to the base station they are paired to which is connected to your router. So you must make sure the cameras are with in range of the base station. The app will notify you of the camera signal strength to the base station on a scale of one to three bars. To make sure all the cameras I own (4) got equal signal strength, I purchased an internet extender, paired that to my internet router and placed the extender smack dab in the center of my residence where I needed the Wi-Fi signal to extend to and simply connected the base station to that. This gave me sufficient Wi-Fi range to have the 4 Wuuk cameras on all four corners of my property connect to the base station with no connection issues at all. You also have the capability to connect 8 cameras to one base station should you purchase more and add on like I did. The base station has a memory capacity of a whopping 29.11 Gb when set up which is enormous. You can store months of daily use event video on it no problem. Which brings me to the Wuuk App. One of the major reasons I will stick with Wuuk is because I enjoy the app experience too much to depart from them or turn to other brands of cameras for my home security needs. It’s very easy to use. The cameras provide a clear picture especially when the resolution is 2K. One of my favorite features is the customizable motion sensor areas. Wuuk provides you with a system that allows you to make colored boxes called ‘detection zones’ that trigger the camera on to record should there be motion in the zone. The notifications are great and almost instantaneous. They’ve also thought ahead and fixed the annoyance of constant pesky notifications to your phone should your camera get a lot of activity, and provided you with the option to allow smart alerts which records all activity but only notifies you of human activity. The night vision is great, you can still see everything clearly. And the ability to browse the recorded footage stored by categories like motion activity, human activity, call or dismount alert, really saves time and lets you find that video you were looking for fast. I also love that the cameras update their software every so often with just one simple click on the app saving me time and labor by not having to break out my ladder and uninstall them to plug them in to update. All in all, I love my Wuuk Cameras! There are no other cameras on the market with the capabilities and features these have and for the price that they are. It’s an absolute no brainer! The quality of the picture is very nice. Setting it up was pretty smooth. Here is where i thought things were going to be different.... 1. Sim card is built in the HUB. It does not record continuously. It only records when there is motion (15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds depending on how you set it). 2.The battery has to be charged every 5-6 days or so. If the camera is catching a lot of motion, it will drain the battery. 3. Motion was not accurate. For example, I would get an Human motion alert. When I looked at the video, It was a car that passed by. 4. I rarely get alerts anymore. I will get maybe 3-5 alerts in 1 week. Even though i live on a active street. So there is a lot of motion and very little alerts. 5. The 2nd camera i setup in my yard. It is less than 200 feet away from the hub but the signal is very weak. That maybe because of walls between the two but who knows. I was hoping to get a camera that can record continuously and send me real time alerts. This is not the camera for that. ******************************************************* 2 YEARS Later. I respect this camera. It's still going even in the deep freeze winter we have going on. The camera is still rolling and i get my alerts. My only wish is that it was a continues recording camera and the battery lasted longer but other than that. It's been pretty good.

Final review: after owning for 2.5 years, I determined these cameras are junk. A waste of money. The final straw was when the camera lenses began to oxidize rendering all video useless. See pictures. Buyer beware! liked the base system enough to buy 2 more cameras. Over $400 investment. Today all four cameras stopped recording. 8gb of 32gb used. Tried re-adding base station and cameras. I’ve only had these for less than 30 days. I do NOT recommend this product. REVIEW UPDATE: The seller offered a full refund on this product. But, I'm not sure what was going on with the cameras on when I posted this review, but the next morning I started seeing all of the video captures again. Not sure if this was an issue with the base station not working properly or if there might have been a glitch in my home network, which may have caused the home base to act like that. I'll continue using the cameras I purchased for another 30 days, if I start seeing issues again I'll put in a request for a full refund. Thank you. I changed from 1 star to 3 stars for now due to the great customer service. UPDATE #2 I've determined the issue was NOT with the cameras, but most likely the connection between the home base and my router. I'm using the wireless connection instead of wired since my router is in the basement and the home base would be too far away from the cameras down there, so I moved the home base on my main level and connected via wireless. WUUK customer support is truly amazing. They sincerely care about my issues and offered to give me a full refund if I wish. I think I'll keep the cameras and change my stars to 5. Thank you. UPDATE #3 One of the plastic mounting brackets cracked on one of my cameras. I contacted WUUK and they are sending me a replacement mount. I live in a region where the temps get well below zero, so it's possible the plastic cracked due to that. Thanks WUUK! UPDATE #4 I've had these cameras for about a year and a half and have been fairly reliable until recently. 2 of the 5 cameras I purchased are no longer holding a charge. I put one on the charger overnight and went from 10% to 11% for a 12 hour charge! Definitely NOT a long term solution for security cameras. Very disappointing. This is the reason why I've changed from a 5 star rating to a 2 star.

I bought the WUUK Wireless Cam Pro Kit (2 Packs) to monitor my front and back yard and driveway gate. I'm very impressed with the quality and performance of these cameras. The video is clear and sharp, even at night. The color night vision feature is amazing, I can see everything in color even in low light conditions. The motion detection is very accurate and sends me real-time alerts to my phone when someone approaches my property. The two-way audio is also very useful, I can talk to visitors or scare away intruders with the push of a button. The installation was very easy, I just followed the instructions on the app and it took me less than 15 minutes to set up both cameras. The app is very user-friendly and intuitive, I can view live video, playback recordings, adjust settings and more with just a few taps. The cameras are battery powered and have a long battery life, I don't have to worry about wires or outlets. They are also weatherproof, so they can withstand rain, snow and dust. The customer service is phenomenal. I had one issue with one of the cameras not connecting to the base station. I contacted the company and they replied in a flash. They gave me simple steps on how to fix a minor rebooting glitch and I got my camera back online in no time. They also checked on me several times to make sure everything was working and I was happy. They really go above and beyond for their customers and their products. I highly recommend the WUUK Wireless Cam Pro Kit (2 Packs) to anyone looking for a top-notch, budget-friendly and hassle-free outdoor security camera system. Awesome cameras

I installed 5 of these cameras plus the doorbell, all connected to the same station. Great resolution and video quality. Super easy to set up. My only complain it's the app, I had issues connecting it to Alexa, tried for a few times but finally got it working. Also, it's a little confusing setting up the mode schedules, that could be improved. It would be better if it had more modes (like an ultra alert mode turning on all alarms and lights when human detection is on). Still not sure why it says that they should not be exposed to direct sunlight if these are outdoor cameras... they should have a cover option. It's been 4 weeks and these are the baterry % (see pic). As you can see, the doorbell does not last long (contrary to what it says in specs, 6 months). All of these can be improved. Overall, great price for the value, I like the way you can adjust sensitivity, and set up a screen area for detection. The memory capacity is fair, it can handle a long time recording without having to delete videos. I feel more secure now.
