When I first got the camera the USB c port broke, customer service reached out and sent me new cameras both have been very sturdy. view is clear volume is amazing 2 way conversation is great La view is the best home security in my opinion the price point is amazing the options are amazing it's very user friendly and I even have them at multiple houses. These cameras are especially good for watching your kids. I have the doorbell camera, light bulb, and these. These ones are not good for outdoors but the light bulb one is. I love this product. Very easy to set up and the camera quality is great. The sound quality could use some improvement but the price makes up for it. I got the 4 pack, and was able to share 2 pieces with my daughter for her apartment with no problems.

Usually when I go cheap on something, I end up regretting it. This time I've been suprisingly satisfied with these cameras. The install went fast as soon as I disabled the 5ghz broadcast from the wireless router. That was the only thing that slowed the installation down a bit. After that it connected in less than five minutes. The app is simple and easy to navigate. Getting the app to connect and share with other users was easy also. Right now I'm using it just to monitor so I'm operating without SD card or cloud storage with no problem. The sound gets a little muffled at times but the picture quality is good for the price. Got them last week just hooked up. Had Yi Home cameras that are god awful. Takes a minute or more of ads to access camera! These set up in like 10 minutes for all 4. No ads. Much better picture. So much better!

I bought this 4 packs of cameras for restaurant use.The setup was fairly easy, and the video quality is decent, especially during the day. I like that it supports 5G Wi-Fi and can be viewed on my phone. However, there are a few downsides. The night vision isn’t very clear, and the app can be buggy at times—it occasionally freezes or lags when switching between cameras. Also, the motion detection is hit-or-miss, sometimes sending too many alerts or missing movement altogether. Overall, these cameras are okay for basic monitoring, but I expected better performance for the price. Would recommend only if you’re looking for a budget option. ... show more

Pros • Easy install: Download the app, connect to Wi-Fi, scan a QR code — boom, done. No typing your Wi-Fi password 47 times like it’s 2006. • App features galore: Night vision works well, plus you can adjust pixel balance (fancy words for “I can see stuff in the dark without squinting”). • Price point: For what you pay, you can’t really complain — you can see what’s happening in the room, and that’s the job. ⸻ Cons • Connection lag: Sometimes the app loads slower than your kid putting their shoes on for school. • Sound detection: Great idea in theory, but if your baby sleeps with white noise, prepare for 100+ “Your baby is awake!” alerts… all because of fake rain. • Camera rotation: If you rotate it, the video turns sideways like it’s drunk. Hard to explain, but trust me — it’s weird. • Two-way talk: Basically useless. If there’s any background noise (TV, fan, HVAC, your thoughts out loud), you won’t hear the other person. • Video quality: Definitely not 4K, and honestly not even a crisp 1080p.
