I was trimming the side of my house and the trimmer shut off, so I started again and a few minutes later it cut off again and would not start, it’s sound like it was trying to start ! I summed it was the battery and charge it. Two days later I try to start it but to no prevail. Can someone tell me what wrong with the products now days. I brought a Onn tv last Black Friday and and now the picture screen black out and all you hear is the movie playing, can’t play pS4 on it, can’t even watch Netflix or any other station, I am so tired of paying for things that have a timer on them to just break down. My wife and I went to the store to buy a new stove oven and we got a good price on it, my wife told her sister about it and she bought one a month after we did. A mint after the warranty expired both stoves broke down with the same problem, we refused to pay for the part the was $200+ dollars but my sister in- law pay for the part and I had to put it on. I could go on and on about what’s the government is allowing theses companies get away with, knowing there products are defective and not worth the warranty it written on. Bought this and it was amazing!!! At first. Once the battery died I charged it and now anytime I hit the electric start button it doesn't turn over and it blinks red and green so I thought maybe the battery was bad so I bought a brand new battery and a brand new charger and charge that battery fully and stuck it in and same thing so now I have a $160 paperweight. And I can't seem to get any help with it from the manufacturers...... It'd be great for someone to tell me how to fix it..... 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is meeting the goals it was purchased for. Standard electric trimmers/weed eaters didn't seem to have the power to get through some of the thicker/wet grass they needed to go through, and the gas powered pull start ones were a pain to get started. This product not only runs as good as a regular gas trimmer, but is push-button start. Prime 5x, put the choke on, and press the button once or twice, and the thing turns right on. The handle is adjustable, and I have not had any issues with it. The ONLY draw back I have on this product is the included head/string. It is stiff plastic, very difficult to get out, and does not self feed efficiently. More often than not, the "string" will get stuck trying to feed out, and snap off, leading you to have to take the head apart to re-feed the string. I often go back through and find 3-4" pieces of the plastic that snapped off mid-use. Needless to say, I'm shopping for a new head, and then this will be a perfect unit. Overall, I'm happy with the value I've gotten for this powerful, but easy to use piece of equipment

Very nicely built the manual shows that parts are readily available if something happens and any attachments that have a square shaft will adapt to this I have a handful of accessories that I can plug into it to replace the one that I had 40-year-old home light versa and I wanted to have something different and this is so convenient you don't have to pull nothing just prime it five times as long as the battery is charged when it shows its green press the button and it starts right up Nice new toy I would strongly recommend this if you have trouble pull starting any of your string trimmers this is so convenient

Zero issues plenty of power connected a roto tiller head to it today and it turned it with zero issue tearing up rock never used the trimmer head it came with cause prefer the 18in kobalt head I been using for years zero issues for it to turn that even though it standard one is a 17 in easy start strong performance
