I was trimming the side of my house and the trimmer shut off, so I started again and a few minutes later it cut off again and would not start, it’s sound like it was trying to start ! I summed it was the battery and charge it. Two days later I try to start it but to no prevail. Can someone tell me what wrong with the products now days. I brought a Onn tv last Black Friday and and now the picture screen black out and all you hear is the movie playing, can’t play pS4 on it, can’t even watch Netflix or any other station, I am so tired of paying for things that have a timer on them to just break down. My wife and I went to the store to buy a new stove oven and we got a good price on it, my wife told her sister about it and she bought one a month after we did. A mint after the warranty expired both stoves broke down with the same problem, we refused to pay for the part the was $200+ dollars but my sister in- law pay for the part and I had to put it on. I could go on and on about what’s the government is allowing theses companies get away with, knowing there products are defective and not worth the warranty it written on. I bought this be Lawnmaster is a good brand and they build a great product. I would say this is the best string trimmer there is. Love it because it has electric start. Starts right away and doesn't have a pull rope. Battery charges fast. I would definitely and highly recommend it. In my opinion, better than the National,well known brands.

The worst guaranty, so cross your fingers so it never brakes. This one broke in less than a year and with light household use. They are not made to last. It worked fine for some Months, then one day, after working for about 1hr , it made a quick vibration and then something broke inside the engine. Just by doing regular edge trimming. I went back and forth with their customer service for trouble shooting. First they told me, “ok your are going to send the machine back for replacement” and they provided me a form to email back to them, then 4 days later they responded via email saying , “sorry, we made a mistake, for this machine you will have to take it yourself to a service center”. I called them again to ask why , they say “sorry that is our policy nothing we can do” And the closest service center is 65 miles away , on another state, with tolls! (over 3 hrs drive back and forth) and all that so they can evaluate an see “if guaranty will proceed.” This is RIDICULOUS! I will never buy again any product from this brand. And it was not exactly cheap. They might look nice but won’t last and their guaranty is just a joke. Update: yesterday I got a check on the mail. With no information, no letter no reference to a product or order. It took me a little time to figure out that it was actually a refund coming from this seller. So thank you for the refund. But you really have to work on your customer service and processes.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is meeting the goals it was purchased for. Standard electric trimmers/weed eaters didn't seem to have the power to get through some of the thicker/wet grass they needed to go through, and the gas powered pull start ones were a pain to get started. This product not only runs as good as a regular gas trimmer, but is push-button start. Prime 5x, put the choke on, and press the button once or twice, and the thing turns right on. The handle is adjustable, and I have not had any issues with it. The ONLY draw back I have on this product is the included head/string. It is stiff plastic, very difficult to get out, and does not self feed efficiently. More often than not, the "string" will get stuck trying to feed out, and snap off, leading you to have to take the head apart to re-feed the string. I often go back through and find 3-4" pieces of the plastic that snapped off mid-use. Needless to say, I'm shopping for a new head, and then this will be a perfect unit. Overall, I'm happy with the value I've gotten for this powerful, but easy to use piece of equipment

This is the best easiest starting trimmer ever created. I can't believe the crazy 1 star reviews I have read here.... it accepts interchangeable attachments and mine has had all the attachments and all work flawlessly on the trimmer. The last month I have been working on replacing my dock pilings with the chainsaw attachment. To cut the "v" bottom and cut to size once the pilings are sunk...I have cut 150 cuts...the battery still starts it fine. Also i use this trimmer for everything from trimming weeds to edging and so much more....these guys rock and I think this is the best trimmer I have ever owned. I give it 5 stars because that is what it deserves...thank you for such a great product !!!

Don't buy if you're used to a curved shaft. Get the curved shaft. The electric starter is great but the start button is very touchy/erratic. The unit is extremely heavy and I have a shoulder strap. It hurts my shoulder. Leave this one to the professional lawn care people.

I’m only given a one star because the push to start is really convenient. But other than that, it’s such an awkward angle and it is not adjustable, which you have to hold it at such an angle to trim around the fence or edge. It is very heavy. It is almost 20 pounds. This string got stuck and when I opened the head, it popped out like a Jack-in-the-Box and the string went everywhere. very challenging to try to rewind it and put it all back in place. This is definitely not a keeper. I would not recommend this to anyone. There is a reason that it’s only got three stars. ! Being this dissatisfied and only trying to use it once around my yard, I cannot imagine having to use this every time I needed to weed eat! Makes you wonder who designed this thing!? I’m definitely sending it back.
