The media could not be loaded. Had the pool up and running for about 3 weeks now and it's doing great. So far it seems to be very well made and sturdy. We are adding JB Weld to all of the connecting brackets foe the poles but that's just somthing I tend to do on materials to make them last longer, but they seem to be sturdy themselves as is. The lining is sturdy and even made well at the seams and the filter balls and pump that came with it get the job done. Will probably upgrade it next summer just to get the water clean faster. The 12ft pool is a great, pretty standard size and fits 2 adults and 3 kids perfectly but could fit another adult. Multiple people can be on floats as well. Not too shallow and not deep. Nice to cool off and juts have a little private pool for fun. We live by the beach but sometimes the tourist are just too much and this is nice for busy days on Galveston Island. I would recommend. Will probably ly also get the 14 ft next summer because why not!

So far, so good. I purchased that 10 ft round pool. It went together very easily with the exception of placing the parts into the filter holes inside the pool. I even had a strong guy try it, and he could get them maybe half way in. They pop out a bit from the wall, but no leaks. Could be a potential problem. After leveling the area, I put down a plastic tarp, and on top of that, a felt pool pad. As it was filling, I noticed what looked like a small leak underneath the pool near the center. It was a tiny pinpoint puncture that clearly came that way. I planned on advance to have patches on hand that I could apply under water due to all the reviews that mentioned leaks. It's barely noticable and has done the trick. You wouldn't see it unless it's pointed out. Just something to consider having on hand with any pool. I will update it anything malfunctions. But as of day one. It's not bad for the price and not difficult. I think the biggest problem is the weather getting warm and staying warm now.

I really liked this pool but we had a piece break and no one from the company has responded through either social media efforts or via email. No phone numbers on their website to talk to a human. I am happy to change this to a better review and am really only writing it in hopes that it gets someone’s attention there and they reach out! The summer is around the corner and I’d like to get this set up sooner rather than later.

I went with the 12x30 pool size for my children. They are 8 and 9 and it's perfect for them. My husband put it together this morning all on his own actually and my 5 year old and 7 year old nephews came over and swam with my kids this afternoon. My husband said set up was easy. He did go out and buy clorine tablets for the pool and a clorine test kit. You definitely are going to want to buy a pool cover for the pool. We bought ours off the lark website. Arrived with in 7 days of ordering. I do recommend buying a small latter for the pool as the sides will get warn or ruined from kids climbing in and out. I didn't think I'd need one but I'll definitely buy one for my kids. All and all, I'm satisfied. Make sure you buy tarp for the pool to sit in on to protect it and make sure the ground is level before you set the pool up.

Customer service is terrible! The pump stopped working a week after we filled the pool. I called the number on the side of the pool only to get major run around. I explained everything and went through many troubleshooting steps only to be in the same position we started. Then I was told not only did I have to go through this lengthy 30+ minute conversation, but I also had to email the warranty department with my ticket number. I got three subsequent emails telling me additional steps which don’t work. I unblocked my cookies as instructed and the website still would not let me into the customer portal. I was also informed that I would not get a response 48 hours and then it would be 7-10 business days before getting a replacement pump… and that’s only if they have one available. What am I to do with 330 gallons in the meantime?!?!? I gave two stars because the set up was easy, but absolutely disappointing otherwise.
