I bought this phone holder for my new eBike which is very similar to an adult mountain bike. The phone mount clamped on easily using the provided spacers and feels very secure. My large phone, including its case, slips easily into the phone clamp and locks in place in a few seconds. It's actually quite easy to do with one hand since the bottom opens up as you press the phone into the top of the bracket. Even with the phone being somewhat heavy, I've had no trouble with it slipping in the holder or the holder itself shifting while riding.
