If there's one thing I'd change, it's the rounded wooden handle. Due to the cast iron layer, this pan is heavier than most non-stick skillets. As a result, the rounded handle can make it a bit challenging to lift or turn the pan from side to side. You can tell just when opening this product the quality of it. Very versatile cast iron pan that i can tell will last a very long time compared to all these other pans that last only a couple month. The handle is also very nice, and the pieces to attatch the handle are also of quality so you know the handle wont bust off and the threading wont strip easily. Highly suggested purchase if you want cookware that is going to last, that has viable ease of use that your food wont stick to, wont have to deal woth Scratching, has some weight but is very comfortable to use.

I have had issues with food sticking to cast iron pans. I generally cook all my food and cook lot of eggs and chicken. Sticky Cast iron pans was ruining the texture of my food. I came across this and within a week I am a fan. It doesn’t stick, heats up pretty quickly. Cleaning this Pan isn’t hard too. Overall I am really enjoying using it.
