Normally when I get any kind of "techy" thing, I leave it in the box until a friend comes over to help install it. Today, I decided to open the box the same day I got it and walk through the steps on my own. Within 20 minutes, I was able to print labels and get boxes ready to drop off at UPS- I literally laughed with joy when the first label came our right! I have ordered numerous items from various e-commerce sites recently to set up our new home and as you can imagine, we also had quite a few returns. Unlike Amazon, several other e-commerce sites only email you free return shipping labels and you have to print them yourself. I have had instances when printing them on a regular sheet of paper doesn't stick very well. That's when I found this home-use label printer. This printer is small but powerful, quiet, fast, and doesn't use ink. It uses special printing paper and it comes with a small stack of printing sheets in the box so you don't have to shop around for the paper right off the bat. The box also included a detailed user manual with pictures and it was easy to set up within 10-15 mins. Once set up, it is very easy to use. You can also download a custom label maker which would be very useful for sellers operating from home. The box also has a separate card with support contact info so it doesn't get lost in the bulk of other papers and user manuals. The shipping was very quick and I didn't need to use customer support yet. Overall, I am very satisfied with this investment. The only future expense I will have with this is the printing label, not toner/ink, etc as this one doesn't use the traditional way of printing. ... show more

    • Do yourself a favor, choose another printing option !
I would not recommend anybody to buy this product. I spent several days googling, reading up, using the provided scan and the instruction book, researching how to successfully connect this to my iPhone. I called customer service twice and I got a live chat who proved unhelpful. I went to the store where I bought my phone they could not figure out the problem. My husband who can figure out anything was also stumped. If anybody has bought this printer and had luck you should post a successful video. Otherwise, I think this product is a waste of money. ... show more

Excellent thermal printer. Setup via smartphone or printer is easy. It takes 1-2 test labels for the thermal printer to work correctly. I have used this now for about 25 orders and it works great. Print quality is clear, connecting to the printer via Bluetooth or WIFI is simple, and the printer sets the label before every print, so no printer jams. Glad I found this one! ... show more

Very nice overall - printing is fast (this is my first thermal printer) and pretty cheap, nice to just peel the label and stick it on a package. Would have rated 5 stars, but while it is possible to connect this to a PC via Bluetooth, it's a bit of a manual process - have to override com ports in the PC menu. (Looks like it may be much easier to connect to a phone.) Every once in a while it drops the connection and have to do it all over again.
