I was in the market for a thermal printer for a few used within my business. Most of the “business” quality printers both require a good amount of space and money, of which I am not rich in. Then even some of the smaller, off brand models that are basically resold from Alibaba, are over priced and from the looks of their reviews, horrid. This Yellow Brand printer didn't have a lot of reviews, but It looked solid to me, especially with a legitimate website you can visit. It came today and I was able to pay around with its features and the app. Hands-down, perfect! The product is built solid, the packaging is on par, the accessories go above and beyond making your set-up easy. It comes with free labels to start and the app is easy to use as well as adjust settings of the print quality (if even necessary). I don’t usually take the time to submit reviews on products I purchase, but this one warranted one from me. Don’t read into the reviews from technologically incompetent buyers. I would absolutely buy this again, and HIGHLY recommend you grab one too! Thanks for a solid product, Yellow Brand!

I sell some things online on the side and bought this to avoid going to the library to print then having to tape on labels. That to say I’m not using it daily, maybe just a few times per month. For that it has been great. It’s easy to set up, the app is straightforward and easy to navigate. I love that it’s small and can be tucked away because I live in a small space. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. The labels are clear and readable and it saves me a trip to the library.

This looks great, but it does not work. The AP indicates it printed, yet it only feeds paper and does not print the label. I am in a time crunch and I won't look professional to my buyer.😡

I really like this printer. It prints fast and the quality is good. Having a bonus little package of the labels included in there was nice too, but I wish it was better communicated that you get them because I also went and got some and didn't end up needing them, so that was an unnecessary return I ended up making. The only thing other than that that I would say is a negative, is that the app is kind of difficult to use. They don't make it super obvious how you connect to it, so I had not realized I wasn't connected on bluetooth and then pressed print a couple times. When I did actually connect to the printer, it IMMEDIEATELY shot out 5 prints. Ok, my bad, I did press the button that many times. But I wasted 5 pieces of label paper, so maybe someone reading this will not make the same mistake as me -- MAKE SURE YOU'RE CONNECTED ON BLUETOOTH BEFORE YOU PRESS PRINT!

This printer works great- I’ve used it for shipping labels and logo stickers, both the included labels and holographic thermal stickers from another brand work perfectly with the printer. Connection is easy through usb or bluetooth- I installed the drivers on my computer but have only been printing through Bluetooth on my phone because it is so quick and easy. The app is not totally intuitive, for example you have to re-select the printer each time to connect to Bluetooth and there are settings like “density” without any preview or guide as to how the adjustments would alter the image. Also I wish there was a more precise way to resize and center your image rather than just dragging. BUT none of this is a huge deal; the app is simple and it works every time- overall I highly recipe the printer. I also have to shout out the customer support- the packaging provides an email address AND a phone number to text- I texted with a question as I was having trouble switching label sizes (the interior guides just had to be a bit closer together) and they got back to me right away and were very friendly and helpful. I’ve had it for a month- hopefully it hold up for a long time!

This printer has been really good. I have had it for 2 years now. Easy to use and setup. Works in the app very easily unlock others. It connects via Bluetooth or wifi. I use Bluetooth with no problems. Haven't had any issues with ink missing during printing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a thermal printer.
