I was in the market for a thermal printer for a few used within my business. Most of the “business” quality printers both require a good amount of space and money, of which I am not rich in. Then even some of the smaller, off brand models that are basically resold from Alibaba, are over priced and from the looks of their reviews, horrid. This Yellow Brand printer didn't have a lot of reviews, but It looked solid to me, especially with a legitimate website you can visit. It came today and I was able to pay around with its features and the app. Hands-down, perfect! The product is built solid, the packaging is on par, the accessories go above and beyond making your set-up easy. It comes with free labels to start and the app is easy to use as well as adjust settings of the print quality (if even necessary). I don’t usually take the time to submit reviews on products I purchase, but this one warranted one from me. Don’t read into the reviews from technologically incompetent buyers. I would absolutely buy this again, and HIGHLY recommend you grab one too! Thanks for a solid product, Yellow Brand!

So far so good had this for about 2 months now or less. Prints labels like a charm from multiple sources I just save to files and easily grab it from there. I only use my iPhone now for everything and Bluetooth connects great. Printed two types of stickers circle and square. Had a bit trouble with alignment but just press the button on the top it aligns it perfectly. Customer service is very responsive too! Update 2026: still been using this little guy and it’s still working super great. My alignment gets off a little bit, but I think that’s just the way I fed the paper and it’s not even significant. Such a great little printer and I’ve printed stickers with it. I don’t use it completely in overhaul mode like I use it sparingly but it’s lasted me two years with no complaints.

Pros: The printer is small and doesn't take much of a footprint. It will connect to Bluetooth - sometimes. Cons: I've tried this printer with a Windows laptop, an Android phone and several Mac OS devices, none of them work consistently. I've tried to get this printer to connect through WiFi on our network and plugged directly into my computer with a cable and little success. It should not be this hard to use this printer. Occasionally, when I my Android phone will connect via bluetooth, I can print one label at a time through the Rekdom app. It's a quick print, but I have to import each postage label image individually, print it and then load another one. I've emailed customer service for further instruction, but received a form letter reply. I want to be able to print directly from the platform, and eBay allows for printing multiple labels, so this should be more efficient. It is not. I wouldn't buy this item again. I won't buy this brand again. I'm clearly missing a step in the instructions that these people leaving 5-star reviews have gotten. Off to research other thermal label printers. It feels like a waste of $50. it was.

This printer works great- I’ve used it for shipping labels and logo stickers, both the included labels and holographic thermal stickers from another brand work perfectly with the printer. Connection is easy through usb or bluetooth- I installed the drivers on my computer but have only been printing through Bluetooth on my phone because it is so quick and easy. The app is not totally intuitive, for example you have to re-select the printer each time to connect to Bluetooth and there are settings like “density” without any preview or guide as to how the adjustments would alter the image. Also I wish there was a more precise way to resize and center your image rather than just dragging. BUT none of this is a huge deal; the app is simple and it works every time- overall I highly recipe the printer. I also have to shout out the customer support- the packaging provides an email address AND a phone number to text- I texted with a question as I was having trouble switching label sizes (the interior guides just had to be a bit closer together) and they got back to me right away and were very friendly and helpful. I’ve had it for a month- hopefully it hold up for a long time!

I really like this printer. It prints fast and the quality is good. Having a bonus little package of the labels included in there was nice too, but I wish it was better communicated that you get them because I also went and got some and didn't end up needing them, so that was an unnecessary return I ended up making. The only thing other than that that I would say is a negative, is that the app is kind of difficult to use. They don't make it super obvious how you connect to it, so I had not realized I wasn't connected on bluetooth and then pressed print a couple times. When I did actually connect to the printer, it IMMEDIEATELY shot out 5 prints. Ok, my bad, I did press the button that many times. But I wasted 5 pieces of label paper, so maybe someone reading this will not make the same mistake as me -- MAKE SURE YOU'RE CONNECTED ON BLUETOOTH BEFORE YOU PRESS PRINT!

This printer is amazing. I was printing my shipping labels on a regular printer and cutting them out with scissors then covering the whole tag with tape so it didn't get tore off. This printer is so much better. And it's super fast to. It's hard to belive how fast it prints labels. If you're shipping items, I'm telling you this is the best money you'll ever spend. Plus no ink. And the labels are a lot cheaper than paper. I wish I had known this a long time ago. One last thing, I used their customer support (no fault of the printer just my own ignorance) and a guy named David had me fixed up in lighting speed. Super great customer service if you need them.

Honestly there is a learning curve. It only prints when the printer is Idle and right now its Idle and its not printing when i try to print my label so i gotta figure it out again. I dont know if im doing something wong, but everytime i have to print from it its a whole maze. you have to put the label paper one by one. its like its not connected to my comuputer until i remove it and add it again. i think its good for begginners to not have to spend so much when theyre first starting out with selling. When i learn the game i will def be getting an easier one thatll print multiple at a time.
