Top Quality!

I was in the market for a thermal printer for a few used within my business. Most of the “business” quality printers both require a good amount of space and money, of which I am not rich in. Then even some of the smaller, off brand models that are basically resold from Alibaba, are over priced and from the looks of their reviews, horrid. This Yellow Brand printer didn't have a lot of reviews, but It looked solid to me, especially with a legitimate website you can visit. It came today and I was able to pay around with its features and the app. Hands-down, perfect! The product is built solid, the packaging is on par, the accessories go above and beyond making your set-up easy. It comes with free labels to start and the app is easy to use as well as adjust settings of the print quality (if even necessary). I don’t usually take the time to submit reviews on products I purchase, but this one warranted one from me. Don’t read into the reviews from technologically incompetent buyers. I would absolutely buy this again, and HIGHLY recommend you grab one too! Thanks for a solid product, Yellow Brand!

Wow! So glad I went with this shipping printer over the others. There weren’t a ton of reviews on this item but what was there was enough to convince me to buy and it was definitely the right choice. The item was very well packaged, directions were clear cut and the print quality is exceptional. The whole process from setting up to actual printing was a smooth process. Highly recommend! I liked so much I bought one for my son yesterday. Was delivered today and he’s already set it up. He was amazed at how easy it was to set up & how quickly it prints the labels. Don’t second guess buying this unit!

Save your time and money and invest in a better quality printer

I purchased this printer August of 2024. At first, I loved it. Within a couple of months, it stopped connecting to my laptop and I couldn't get it to connect again no matter what I tried. I tried contacting The Yellow Brand via email, but I never received a reply and I checked all my folders for one. I had to settle to just printing on my phone, which meant if I ever needed someone else to print something for me while away, or something happens to my phone, I'm out of luck. A few months ago, my printer started making noises like it's jammed or stuck, despite nothing being in the way. It is no longer working properly. I have to mess with it to finally align my labels properly and actually print. I have to leave it on all the time because shutting it off resets it back to having those problems, and each time I accidentally shut it off out of habit or shut it off to clean or replace labels, takes longer and is harder to get to work again. I reached out again a few months ago about this new problem via email and still never received a reply back! I've now texted them regarding my issue, but I don't believe I'll hear back this way either. I purchased this printer specifically because they claim they offer US customer service, but that's a lie. I haven't been given any customer service! I'm absolutely fed up, this should not be happening with a printer that's less than a year old and hasn't done a lot of printing.

I love this lil guy

So far so good had this for about 2 months now or less. Prints labels like a charm from multiple sources I just save to files and easily grab it from there. I only use my iPhone now for everything and Bluetooth connects great. Printed two types of stickers circle and square. Had a bit trouble with alignment but just press the button on the top it aligns it perfectly. Customer service is very responsive too! Update 2026: still been using this little guy and it’s still working super great. My alignment gets off a little bit, but I think that’s just the way I fed the paper and it’s not even significant. Such a great little printer and I’ve printed stickers with it. I don’t use it completely in overhaul mode like I use it sparingly but it’s lasted me two years with no complaints.

Decent but not the best

I use a very high end thermal printer at my job so you could say I am a little spoiled by that, however for my personal use I just wanted something at a low price point that works, and this gets the job done. I like how this package came with all the cords and cables you need, the app is free and it even comes with 100 4x6 labels to get you started. It definitely struggles with a few things, for example with a roll of 2 inch stickers, sometimes it will randomly skip 1 or 2 here and there for seemingly no reason. Sometimes I struggle with getting the alignment right and I have to fiddle with the speed settings and do tests before printing hundreds at a time. Good thing is the app is really easy to use, there is just nothing fancy to it. Overall satisfied.

Great printer. So much better than my other

This printer is amazing. I was printing my shipping labels on a regular printer and cutting them out with scissors then covering the whole tag with tape so it didn't get tore off. This printer is so much better. And it's super fast to. It's hard to belive how fast it prints labels. If you're shipping items, I'm telling you this is the best money you'll ever spend. Plus no ink. And the labels are a lot cheaper than paper. I wish I had known this a long time ago. One last thing, I used their customer support (no fault of the printer just my own ignorance) and a guy named David had me fixed up in lighting speed. Super great customer service if you need them.

Only good for beginners on a budget

Honestly there is a learning curve. It only prints when the printer is Idle and right now its Idle and its not printing when i try to print my label so i gotta figure it out again. I dont know if im doing something wong, but everytime i have to print from it its a whole maze. you have to put the label paper one by one. its like its not connected to my comuputer until i remove it and add it again. i think its good for begginners to not have to spend so much when theyre first starting out with selling. When i learn the game i will def be getting an easier one thatll print multiple at a time.
