My print head on my L1800 procolored printer went out after working with technical support it was discovered that I needed a new print head and waste pump, so ordered this print head and waste pump. Procolored tech support was amazing walked me through the steps of installing these parts easily got them in on my own and my printer is back up and running and prints amazing, shipping was pretty fast.     • Be aware !! Defective product and very poor customer support
This product stopped working in less than 2 months after delivery (delivered October 7). I contacted the seller immediately and have been communicating with them for several days. Instead of offering a replacement or refund for a clearly defective item, they kept transferring me between different departments and only offered partial discounts (10%–50%), which is not an acceptable solution. The process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating, and it feels like they are intentionally delaying a proper resolution. I had to contact Amazon directly to get help.     • Overpriced junk that fails in a month
This is my 3rd printhead I’ve bought in 6 months. I am religious about maintenance everyday. I stir and pull ink run head cleaning everything everyday but this printhead fails after about 2-3 months. This last one lasted 28 days. They keep raising the price for them the last less and less. There’s plenty of places to buy printhead for less that if they don’t last a couple months it’s not a big deal. This isn’t feasible especially if you’re running a business. ... show more

    • Try buying from somebody who will honor warranty.
they say that the printhead has 6 months of warranty but its not true. if you use it and it fails, then there is no warranty. only if you install it and it doesnt work from the get go will you have a replacement. mine failed after 2 months of use and they didnt honor the warranty. buyer beware.
