This printer is awesome!! I had the L1800 and the xp600 printer from MZK is definitely in a class all its own. From easy maintenance, print speed, the vibrancy of the prints produced and the customer service. I had the honor of working with Jack, he remotely helped me with the installation process also answered all of my questions. He checks in with me to make sure I'm not having issues with learning the software. I am very happy with this DTF printer purchase. After using an L1800 for 2 years, I decided it was time to add another printer to my growing business. This MZK printer is such an upgrade. Prints are vibrant with a faster print time. A 13x13 inch print takes approximately 10 minutes to print compared to the almost 20 minutes with the L1800. The software is easy to use. Jack from customer service is phenomenal. He worked with me on the software setup and made sure I was happy with my prints after setup was complete. This is my second DTF machine I’ve purchased I like it so far! Shipping was fast came within 5 days but wasn’t here to receive it so that was my fault on my end. So, had to wait next delivery day to sign for it. Setup was easy to do, there’s videos and a hand out that they give you. It’s also on the drive in PDF so you can make the images bigger to see. Only issue I ran into was not getting the white layer to print. I connected with support and they were very helpful. Jack was my engineer and he remotely fixed my issues in under 2hrs. He answered the questions I had and my images were coming out vibrant and good quality! It’s definitely worth the money based on what I’ve spent before. ... show more
