I am very happy with this DTF printer purchase. After using an L1800 for 2 years, I decided it was time to add another printer to my growing business. This MZK printer is such an upgrade. Prints are vibrant with a faster print time. A 13x13 inch print takes approximately 10 minutes to print compared to the almost 20 minutes with the L1800. The software is easy to use. Jack from customer service is phenomenal. He worked with me on the software setup and made sure I was happy with my prints after setup was complete.
