Description

You’re looking for an easy-to-use Supertank printer that will get the job done. That’s why we developed the EcoTank ET-2400 – an innovative cartridge- free solution that uses high-capacity, easily refillable ink tanks. So you’ll worry less about running out of ink, and save a lot on replacement ink (1). The ET-2400 features genuine Epson print quality and a high-resolution flatbed scanner – making it a convenient choice for essential, everyday home printing. Epson strongly recommends the use of genuine ink to ensure optimal print quality and performance. Use of non-genuine ink could cause damage not covered under the printer’s limited warranty. | 1. Actual savings and costs will vary considerably based on print tasks, print volumes and usage conditions. Savings and cost per ISO page are based on the cost of replacement ink bottles and the cost of enough standard cartridges to achieve the total page yields of the bottles using the MSRP (USD) and yields for Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured Epson consumer inkjet printers as of March 2024. | 2. Individual cartridges estimate based on print yields of an included or replacement set of black and color ink bottles as compared to Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured printers as of March 2024. | 3. Part of the ink from the included bottles is used for initial setup; yields are lower than those of replacement ink bottles. Replacement and included ink bottle yields based on the ISO/IEC 24712 pattern with Epson’s methodology. Actual ink yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. All ink colors are used for printing and printer maintenance, and all colors must be available for printing. For more information, visit | 4. Based on average monthly document print volumes of about 125 pages. | 5. See for device compatibility. Epson Connect account and voice- activated account registration required. | 6. Most features require an Internet connection to the printer, as well as an Internet- and/or email- enabled device. For a list of Epson Connect enabled printers and compatible devices and apps, visit | 7. Requires Epson Smart Panel app download. Data usage fees may apply.

  • Useless after 3 years.
Style: All-in-One Printer
I purchased this printer in 2023 it was a great printer. I mainly wanted this specific model due to the cost of Ink Jet replacement cartridges is getting out of hand. It has served well till September of 2025 when I started experiencing paper feed issues. It started to take the paper in about halfway then it would eject it out and continue to print but nothing would print. I contacted Epson tech support (it was a great experience very professional very helpful) but they could not help resolve the problem. So now it sits till I'm able to afford to have it replaced. It was a quick and on time delivery. ... show more

  • Great Printer but Connecting is... annoying.
Style: All-in-One Printer
I love that this printer comes with step by step set up instructions. Super easy to fill, super economical, and prints at a pace I pretty much expect from this kind of printer. Decent quality printing. During set up, it offered to connect to home wifi. I began set up and it insisted it was not discoverable on my network and asked if I wanted to redo the password. I clicked "no" since I know it's correct. It asked if I wanted to do direct wifi set up, I clicked "yes". I didn't really want that, but even that was not working. I hopped on my computer, opened up my wifi router info to see and, low and behold, it showed as connected to my home wifi. I then looked up the printer via wifi since using a cable is NOT possible on my computer and found it. Connected successfully via wifi on my computer even though it said it was not discoverable, but now my phone... my phone wanted to direct connect and I'm like yeah no. So I opted to input the IP address on the printer and that worked to connect my phone to the printer via wifi rather than direct connection, so now I don't have to incessantly open the app. Needless to say, that was a whole annoying process. I'm not that tech saavy and was able to figure it out, but the amount of stupidity I had to go through to make it connect through the home wifi was ridiculous. If you struggle to connect to wifi, try manually connecting the router by either pressing the WPS button on the router or (what I had to do on my Arris) by logging into my router, navigating to connected devices, and hitting PAIR under the WPS connection, then go to your printer and hit the WIFI button. Give it a couple minutes but it should connect and then you'll see the IP address for your printer there too... at least you should. Anyways I bought this KNOWING that it had notorious connectivity issues but willing to deal with it for the price point. So far so good. I did read a warning when troubleshooting to never let it do an update and cut the power/turn it off as that can mess it up and make it unresponsive, possible permanently. Yikes. But I'm glad to be rid of the old ink cartridges that cost astronomical sums. I feel like the ink in those are less and less, I was printing fewer items and replacing them faster than ever, made no sense. The price for this was worth being free from those cartridges! Seems user-friendly, scans well, ink levels are easy to see, although the tank protrudes weirdly in my opinion, regardless how petty that seems. I will update if anything remarkable happens in the coming days/weeks/months. ... show more

  • Love it❤️
Style: All-in-One Printer
This printer is amazing for everyday use! Setup was quick and easy, and the ink tank system is a game changer—no more constantly buying cartridges. The print quality is sharp and vibrant, and it works great for both documents and color prints. Super cost-effective in the long run. Definitely worth it! ... show more

  • Good Printer Imposible Instructions.
Style: All-in-One Printer
Received the printer yesterday and began the process of setting it up. First I needed to download the software and drivers. That's when the pain began. I understand wireless printers and shared network printers. In this case, I wanted to connect the printer to our home wireless network so different computers could access it. The User's Guide spends a little time on a "Wireless Direct" setup where you connect your computer wirelessly directly to the printer, but little time on a LAN printer setup. After loading all the software and drivers, I finally got the printer connected to my LAN, but it took a number of false starts and trial and errors to get the printer on the LAN to be visible to my laptop. There are essentially zero instructions about this in the user's guide. Eventually I got it to print on my laptop. Then I needed to hook it up to my wife's laptop. Again, no instructions on connecting multiple computers to the printer over a LAN. I did know enough to "share" the printer in the printer settings. I eventually installed the complete software and driver package on wife's laptop. When trying to connect wirelessly, I kept getting error codes. After a few hours, I defaulted to the USB cable installation method. Now I could at least complete the installation without errors. When I went to the list of printers on the laptop I saw the epson, but it said "offline". I think that's because what I was seeing was the USB instance of the printer, not the LAN version. I finally went to Device Manager and found a second instance of the epson printer marked "Network". I was able to make this the default and the printer would now print from both laptops. Only about 3 hours more to get a second laptop to print. Since the Epson EP 2400 is a home printer and likely to be set up for wireless operation, it should take a visit by the Geek squad to get it up and running. Epson should be ashamed of their manual and instructions. Now that it's working, it does seem to print well although a bit slow. ... show more
