I was confused when looking at this product, thinking that it was perhaps a new package style for what I usually purchase. I tried finding out from the product description, but it said nothing about needing the developer in order to use it, which is not included in this box and is therefore a salon product. This should be clearly stated in the product description and not be included in the same section as home use products. I had to return it and I was very irritated.
