I used this product for a costume. The feathers were layer out nicely and fit well across the shoulders. I ran a 10k with these on and they held up better than I could have imagined.

The feathers are long, consistent, full and sturdy. I was worried the feathers would be droopy or flimsy, but they are stiff and full, and the product fits just like the picture. I am a woman and this product still fits me (even though it was designed for men) I was pleasantly surprised to find a little lining along the inside which helps it not to be itchy. Bought this as a last minute Halloween idea and was pretty impressed. Feathers and backing were of good quality construction. There was one feather shaft I had to trim because it was poking me in the neck. Also, beware of wind! The whole thing will blow right up into your face.
