I like Feria best of most hair colors I've tried, it doesn't give you flat all-one-color. It doesn't smell bad and is easy to use. I wish they still made my favorite shade T64, but they don't and I'm constantly trying to find a new color to be my go to. This shade gave me a lighter overall look to my brown hair (I consider it light brown but apparently the industry considers it dark) so I color with blond shades that I consider light brown. This is not brassy, lifts my color enough so that it's not a flat dark brown. L'Oreal hair color is good, and they provide an after color conditioner that makes my hair feel wonderful. ... show more

I've been using this hair color for a long time, and I can't say anything bad about the process or the results. No matter, what color I choose, I love it. The problem I had with this particular order is that the Amazon box and the product box were both stained brown. I found that the cap on the colorant wasn't closed correctly. There was still plenty of product, so I used it. Imagine the surprise when I finished the processing and found my gray hair still there! The product had done nothing. If you do buy this, don't do as I did when I saw the damage. Ask for a return. I ended up buying another package at a big box store and, again, I love the results. ... show more

Have natural light brown hair. Bought this to go a shade or two darker. I’m not sure how brown hair dye bleached my hair but it did. I followed all instructions. Rinsed and conditioned after 25 minutes. And my hair is bleached and brittle and severely damaged. It’s so bad that I won’t be able to cover this with more hair dye. I’m so upset and now have to walk around feeling humiliated everywhere I go because of how bad this looks and is. If you value your hair, DONT buy this product online! I don’t know what they did to this to make my hair become bleached but I’m in tears! Looks much worse then the picture shows! ... show more

Unless you’ve died your hair platinum blonde, this color will turn orange in your hair. I was bummed because I really hoped my hair would be a cotton candy pink. Oh well. Hope my review helps.
