I had medium/dark dyed hair and went to salon to try to go lighter and ended up with orange/super super brassy dark blonde hair instead or the ashy dark blonde/light brown my hair naturally is which is what I wanted to get back to. I was afraid to use this to be honest but was very surprised with how well it came out. I applied to the extra brassy parts of my hair roots and top part for 20 min then the middle and ends of my hair for 10. I have thick longer hair and needed two boxes but that’s normal for me. This brought my hair back to the natural color! To get an idea, check out Smokey dark blonde or light brown, or the mushroom color that’s trending right now. The shampoo was pretty useless it’s barely tinted purple it would be better if they had an actual blue shampoo. The conditioner that comes with it is pretty nice and heavy on the blue tones over the purple and worked well. I will use this again when need if my hair fades ... show more

I did order the wrong color. So my hair came out much darker than it's been in years. With that said, the color covered everything including all the grey. It has been 3 weeks since I colored my hair and the only place the color hasn't remained exactly as it was the first day, is the new growth. A;so my hair is shinny & a manageable. I intend to use this product always just try to get the correct color which was not the company's fault. I just didn't read the description correctly. I need a dark Ash Blonde not Light Ash Brown. Definitely no brash red tones as can happen with other brands. ... show more
