Holds my E bikes very well, and does not sway or wobble while traveling. I bought the Aluminum model to save weight, and the setup and installation was easy enough. Would recommend, All of the hardware worked very smoothly. Take your time to figure out the best configuration for your bike and then mark the wheel holder positions on the slides so you always set up cleanly. First trip out was over 100 miles, not a wobble of a hiccup. Bikes were firmly in place on arrival. Bike paint was protected by the foam on the lockable hold down bars. Highly recommend.

Love this rack. It’s heavy duty and perfect for my 30 pound E bike. I had different Hollywood wreck that was real lightweight, and it rattled constantly on the car and even with the bike on it. This one you don’t hear any sounds either way. Would highly recommend it.

I bought this bike rack to use with my Volkswagen ID.4. It came quicker than promised -- always a plus. The packaging was an A+ -- no damage, everything complete. Excellent padding to assure that despite its weight everything was pristine after the long journey from China. Negative offset: there is a lot of packaging to dispose of. Putting together was very clear. I had watched the video of the process but the directions were very clear. The only point I would raise is that the diagram for putting the wheel supports onto the cross bar seemed backwards. It required careful reading and an assumption of direction of travel. A simple arrow would have made it clearer. But in the end, I don't think you can do it backwards and end up with a usable rack. On the car, transporting a single heavy e-bike, things were rock steady. A little adjusting to match the wheelbase and that was all it took. Very happy with the choice.

This was a great bang for our buck and it fits our 90 lbs e-bike as well as our 75 lbs e-bike (not featured) that has a 5” fat tire. It tilts easily with the bikes on it, and my lift gate can open with plenty of clearance room to load and unload my cargo without having to take the bikes on and off the rack. We haven’t done a road test yet, so I’ll be back after we get more use out of it. Assembly was easy and it looks well made. I am super impressed with the strong Velcro straps that hold the tires in place. One assembly piece is missing for the part that bolts the upper arm in place so I had to take a star away. I’m sure we can rig something up with a bolt from the hardware store. It’s extremely sturdy and I can’t wait to ride our e-bikes on the beach or at the lake now! Yay!

this thing is a work of art and would not move on my truck. bought it pre-bike so i would be ready for when i did buy a bike. only thing i found wrong is that it is a little short when in the hitch receiver. i drive a 2019 ram 1500 classic and it has a spoiler on the tailgate, so it just hits the controller part. i cannot fault the manufacturer of this bike rack on that part, as they cannot take in consideration of each vehicle, so i am going to buy me a hitch extender, problem solved. just check your clearance b4 u drop your tailgate or raise your rear doors. i bought this because most hitches don't have the locking bar AND the tilt feature, the way i like, cause i have OCD. out of 5 stars, i give it a 15.

Poor design and apparently weak or faulty steel also. I carried one 65 lb ebike for a few months, then got a second ebike for the wife, 55lbs, made one trip with both and it cracked at the pin/bolt hole. This is well below the 220 lb rating. UPDATE: emailed the seller's support address and got no response. Called Amazon support and informed them the seller would not respond, CS representative told me that she had made contact with the seller and that the seller would be contact me through email or by telephone. Seller made no contact. DO NOT BUY FROM KYX

When I first received this bike I couldn't figure how to the 2" square portion of the rack into the receiver. I had to bring out a steel punch and 3 lb hammer and bend back a cast iron tab to release a roller that was blocking insertion. I am a skilled carpenter and have rebuilt pianos. Ran into a similar alignment problem when attaching other parts. I own steel cutting drill bits and had to widen someof the holes. This isn't for amateurs. It is safe and sound now but the makers need to do some assembly to verify fit and quality. Price was half of a Hollywood rack of sismlar build. Not sure the rack is fitting yet into the 2" receiver.
