I would have probably given this 5 stars had some parts not been missing. It didn’t come with the vinyl clear hoses to connect streamer to sauna, went to Lowe’s and got those myself. The floor liner sucks. It barely covers the bottom. I ended up picking up a tarp, lining the bottom with the tarp and then putting the floor liner over it. The tarp caught any excess water after use. With everything set up, yeah this thing is awesome. Waited 15 minutes for the Sauna to warm up then used it for 20 mins & 15 mins respectively. There was definitely a “new plastic” smell first few times that everyone talked about, so I would definitely recommend getting some essential oil to drip into the water. The chair it comes with while does fit me, isn’t necessarily comfortable so I’m gonna look into a shower stool or maybe even a bean bag chair I was thinking.

I bought this and I was so skeptical, I totally thought I would be returning it but I love it! The instructions aren’t great but you can manage through it and you don’t need 2 people. Make sure that you position the heating sheets correctly so the plug is next to the heating plate. I would say that’s the most important piece to remember or you will be pulling everything apart to turn it around. Yup! Happen too me! Lol the only negative I can say is it takes a very long time to get to 60 and sometimes it doesn’t get there, it stays between 52 & 53, but honestly I’m dripping sweat like crazy at 52, so not really a deal breaker. This is totally worth it! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I bought this primarily for fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. It was relatively easy to assemble for someone else who is able bodied Seems to help my symptoms- I bought it roughly 5 weeks ago and try to use it at least every other day or every 2 days. One thing I noticed is that if I don't use it for around 3 days or more, I can definitely feel my pain and fatigue flaring up worse. So I know that it makes a difference although it's not a major difference, at least not yet One of the few issues I have with the product is that the foot pad reaches very high temperatures so it can burn quite a bit. Another issue is the metal bar that's placed behind the seat. If I lean too far back it burns me and it gets very hot. Third issue is that while I don't exceed the weight limit for the seat, the limit is under 200 pounds which many people exceed depending on their body type. Last issue I can think of is that sometimes it won't reach the temperature I've set it to. For example if I set it to 60c for 45 minutes it may reach 53 and stay there the entire time. If I heat it beforehand and it reaches 60c, it still may reduce the temp and stay that way once I'm in there Overall the pros outweigh the cons for me and I hope I see more improvement over time. For now I'd say it helps me experience more good days than bad even with its flaws

For reference, I purchase the Full Size Portable Steam Sauna. The setup is pretty easy as long as you take your time and read the directions. The pamphlets for the steam generator take some time to understand as I do not think an native English speaker wrote it. The chair and the bag that comes with it has a strong manufacturing odor. I put them both outside to air out for a few hours which seemed to helped. As for the product, it's great! After the filling the pot, it takes about 10-15 for the tent to fill with steam. Once I was inside, it was great. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I only stayed in for about 30 minutes and I was about to fall asleep, so I ended my session. I don't think I sweat too much, it's more of just the steam sticking to my skin. I look forward to using this a few times a week. I will update the review in a week :) **MAY 2023*** Product still works as advertised. I have no complaints.

Product did not even heat to145 degrees furthermore it only reached 45C (max setting is 60C which i believe translates to 145F) which is 111.5 or something like that. I am in the middle east at the moment and I must say I can get a better sweat from just being outside in the hot sun. Very disappointing. I took this picture after I restarted the timer because I wanted to give it a fair evaluation. So I let it run for 1.5 hours. Then opend it sat in it and was hoping the temperature would go higher but nope. Foot pad is actually not bad. That I liked very much.

My wife and I have used it everyday so far. We even took it on a trip to a hotel. I've got to where I can bust it out and break it back down in about 5 minutes. It gets hot twice as fast when ya put a extra cotton blanket over the top of it. Feeling great. Added this to our daily ice bath.
