This wallet has completely changed my view on wallets! Prior to this I have been using the long western style wallets and before that I had bi-fold wallets. I decided to give this a shot mostly because I liked the color and because I was curious. I have to say, I will never be going back to any other wallet that isn't one of these! It carries all of my card, ID's, and cash with no problem. I was initially concerned about the cash portion because I like to carry cash with me but, it has no problem with that. I have never felt that it will drop my cards or cash. The size of it make such a huge difference to! It is small enough that it is not uncomfortable to carry around in any pocket but big enough that you know it's there and are not panicking that you have lost it. It is also very durable. By no means have I been soft with the wallet. I have actually been very rough with it and I am very impressed that the only damage it has received is minor scuffs and scrapes. I have put tools, screws, nuts and nails in the same pocket and it still looks so good. For me a mark of a good product is if I would gift it to someone else and I have bought so many others for birthday, Christmas, and fathers day gifts. I can see this being the last wallet I will ever have to buy! I highly recommend the product whether it be for you of someone else. ... show more

Finally tried one of these out after many years of being on the fence. I find it very easy to use with a small amount of cards (I use 6). I suppose you can use up to 12, but I feel at that point it's going to be clumsy, and defeats the purpose of this wallet, even though it'd still be thinner than a regular wallet. It's just too unwieldy to get those in and out with that many with the design of this wallet. At 6, I can fan them easily, or even take them all out and shove them back in, with no issues. My only qualms are 3 issues with the materials. 1.Due to it being metal, it might slide out of your pocket if wearing lose clothing (gym shorts). I'm thinking about adding the money clip on the opposite side to clip to my pants and then using the installed strap for cash (if that is even possible to have both). 2. I've only had it a short time, but time will tell if it'll scratch my cards due to sliding in and out. 3. This is of my own doing, but I imagine the outside will scratch quickly, since I carry my wallet and keys in the same pocket. I'm prepared for that to happen, and I'm alright with it, since now I have a tiny wallet sharing the pocket instead of a gigantic leather one. I love the roomier pocket space, since I'd have to shift around my keys and old wallet all the time to keep it comfortable. ... show more

I love the forest green look of the wallet and definitely smaller than any wallet i’ve had before. fits all my cards and IDs although if you have more than 12 you’re gonna struggle to use this. But if you don’t have many cards you should give this a go. The thickness depends on what you have in your wallet but before you buy ask yourself if you have a lot of cash on you at all times, if yes. Don’t buy it. It’s way too thick to fit with a clip and the strap will maybe hold about 15 bills. But if you carry an emergency 20 or just a couple of 1s def get it. I got this on sale and I love it. So if you can get a discount i’d buy it. Otherwise consider your other options and maybe get a knockoff. The quality is real on this and def worth the sale price but $90+ is a bit expensive. ... show more

This product is excellent. Machining, finish, color, evenness of color... everything about the Ridge wallet is 100%. I am so pleased with it that I really wanted to leave a review. Now honestly, I don't understand the strap. It's supposed to hold your cash, but I don't really see how that would work well. I understand the money strap is a new thing, a young man thing, so that is cool, whatever. Still, I exchanged mine for the money clip (and also the Burnt Titanium color) and somewhat surprisingly, the fit and finish were one again perfect. Even the clip is placed evenly, perfectly shaped, no nicks or scratches. I mean, where there is so much ..... out there, it's just really nice to see someone taking pride in their work and putting out such a beautiful product. Lastly, yes, there are copies of the Ridge wallet, but as you look closer you will see they are a cheaper product. For example, the edges are not rounded smooth and to perfection as on the Ridge wallet. This would be an excellent gift for a girl trying to find something really nice for her guy. Anyway, there you go. If you don't mind spending a little extra money you will be very happy you did. ... show more
