It's perfect. I am 5 ft. and 75 yrs. Old. This small treadmill fits anywhere and is easy to put together. Very nice looking also. I use this for backward walking for 5 min. a few times a week. Research pros and cons of backward walking for doing it correctly tightening buttocks and not thighs is important! I love the treadmill I had to leave off the washers on the base in order to screw the base on but my treadmill works perfectly without the 4 washers on the base It was easy and simple to put together It is also easy to store as it folds

I bought this because New England weather often doesn’t allow for walking outside and I don’t want to join a gym. I put it together myself and joked that that in itself was a workout, (I’m a 66 yo woman who lives by myself) but it really wasn’t so bad and I was determined. It gives you a good workout because it is non-electric and therefore self-propelled. It’s much easier to walk outside but gives you better exercise in a shorter time. It folds up easily enough but the handles stick up so it wasn’t going to fit under the couch. Also remember I don’t think this is meant for jogging. It is a walking treadmill. Pregnant lady here! Chose this as the safest option for Miami summer walking indoors. Incline saves time as I do feel like it gets more done in shorter time window. My kids love this machine too, oldest one likes running on it and youngest one hanging on the handles and using it is as monkey bars. Even our bengals love it. This is the perfect treadmill for a pregnant mama. Handles are awesome and I got this entering the third trimester, with a good 30lbs extra mass on me. I love that it’s manual as I have hEDS related lack of proprioception, meaning I don’t feel the depth of space as well as “normal people”, and especially when my body is flooded with relaxin hormone and I’m feeling wobbly and everything seems to fall out of my hands as is, these handles are great to hold on to and get this body oxygenated quickly to then keep going about my mom day. I put it by the sofa between my kitchen and the living room, so we all are walking past it all day long, to have a reason to step on it, even if just for a minute. I intend to use this a lot post partum and beyond. I’m so happy with this purchase!!! In fact I accidentally ordered three of these treadmills, thank mommy brain!!!     • Belt constantly gets stuck

The belt is always getting stuck mid stride and it’s easy to injure your knee or other body parts as a result. Even with the belt oil applied in large amounts it still gets stuck. Was bummed out cause was looking forward to using it consistently. Felt like a waste of money.
