I’m enjoying this skillet. It’s heavy and stays steady for stir fries. It’s nonstick and heats evenly. Cleans easily even after cooking recipes with sticky sauces. The handle is long solid and sturdy which I also like. I bought one and was so impressed that I bought a second one. I like a heavy skillet and this product is really impressive. It is great for cooking stews as well; although you’ll have to get a glass cover to fit it if you plan to cook a stew in it. It is deep and thick enough for cooking a 4 person stew. Loving it.

Horrible. Tried it cause it was a non-stick with a perfect consumer rating here on Amazon and made out of titanium thinking that it would be superior. Followed all the printed steps before first use: Washed with mild warm soap and dried it completely, preheated on low-to-medium heat, and did the water sizzle test to make sure it was ready to cook with. I’ve had a better time cooking with an average $8 non stick pan from a dollar store. Instantly the food gummed up despite using a light spray of avocado oil. This one is nearly as heavy as any cast iron skillet and just as hard to clean so might as well get a cast iron if you want a superior metal for conductivity that is high maintenance. This is unbelievably BAD because of the misleading advertising. “Non-stick” does not apply to actually cooking with it and because you have to be so gentle with the coating you can’t use metal utensils or scrub with steel wool/brillo there are actually no advantages here except for the green enamel color. I will report on the customer service on how well or poorly the refund process goes.

They are OK, but they do stick even if you put Pam in there they still stick their stick is not nonstick and it should not be advertised as nonstick. I find it to be actually a rating of about two. I didn’t care for them as much as I thought I would, and I cannot figure out why they are sticking.

I love this pan. It is heavy, durable, and cleans easily. It's also large -- 11 inches gives plenty of room to fry with oil without worrying about spattering because it's also deeper than most frying pans. I've made plenty of stir fry and pasta dishes in this thing. Highly recommend if you do a lot of cooking. Hand wash only.

My whole life, I’ve never used a cast iron pan. I’ve heard great things about them, but just never really jumped into it. What better way to break it in than to cook up my first ever home grown vegetable. A zucchini cut up into medium pieces and sautéed in olive oil and a bit of butter and black truffle salt. I let them brown up for a good 10 minutes. Threw on two seasoned pork chops and let those go for 4/5 minutes each side until I hit 145. All of this was done on medium heat. I’m not one to photograph my food, but I was genuinely really happy with how the food turned out. Everything was a lot more even than usual and came out just how I like it. A little pan fry sear on the pork and slightly caramelized veggies. Pork was still moist and perfect on the inside. My next surprise came with the cleaning. I just hosed it down with tap water for 30 seconds. The picture of the clean pan is after doing that and giving it a wipe with a paper towel. I didn’t use soap or a sponge and it came out looking almost perfectly clean. Incredible. My whole life has been changed lol. Because of the coating I’m not sure how to treat this exactly. It’s not bare cast iron, but it also self cleans very well. The ceramic coating on the bottom makes it glide around the surface like a dream. It’s heavy, probably twice as heavy as a normal pan, but yet half as heavy as a full cast iron pan. A seriously nice pan.
