These arrived and were extremely well packaged. The lock and cylinder barrel were all metal and the handles felt hefty. They are replacing Schlages which are less hefty and have a plastic cylinder barrel. These are outstanding and an incredible value for the money. I would post a picture but they come exactly and shown in the sales images. Yes, I will be purchasing more (I miss counted) and would highly recommend them as an upgrade to older and/or worn handles. ... show more

I bought them in two styles, one without locks and one with locks. I like these handles overall but have one major complaint: the screws that came with the locking handles are not black like the handles. The screws in the non-locking package were black. Other than that (I’m thinking I’ll be the only one who notices because I’m particular and it’ll bother me forever but no one else will ever know), they are easy to install and it was easy to switch the handles around. Of the 12 I needed to install, only one door was the way they handles come. I had to chisel my doors and door frames to fit the latch parts since my previous 1970s hardware was smaller. I wish I would have realized I’d have to chisel before I painted but what is homeownership without endless touch ups?! The directions weren’t all that helpful but the handles are a fairly simple mechanism and you can easily figure out how to switch the handles with the little Allen wrench provided. ... show more

I received the first ones and installed them , to find out there is no key to the locks. So I received the replacement order & those have no key? What good is a lock handle if it doesn’t have a key to it? I love the handles, they look good, they are easy to install & they work great. Just can’t use them without a key. Kids will lock the doors and I want to be able to get in. What good is a lock door if there’s no key to get in? ... show more
