First off this is a very stylish looking piece of hardware, secondly its simple to use, has nice large screen to work with and easy to make adjustments in TIME & TEMPERATURE on the fly! I replaced a well used air fryer with this unit. Overall it works pretty well, with one exception and one inconvenience. The exception is that it has a hot spot in the back. I can't leave a pizza in without turning it. It will burn the back quarter and the rest of the pizza will be perfect. The inconvenience is that you select the food you want to cook by pushing one button however many times to get to your food selection. If you want toast, for instance, your going to push that one selection button 18 times. 18 times, if you hit it perfectly every time,which is difficult to do. ... show more

My old toaster oven/air fryer was worn out so I found this one. I am actually impressed with the function. It will get food very crispy using the air fryer function. It has a wide variety of function settings, but I've only used Air Fry and Bake. The reasons I gave 4 stars: 1. The instructions were terrible and not plentiful; plus the functioning is not very intuitive so it's a bit confusing. 2. After I bought it Sam's Club had the Emeril Lagasse unit extremely similar to this one (and very highly rated) on a sale for a good $30 less than this product. Really like the unit. It is a good size for a small family. We use it frequently to cook or reheat meals. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about two months. The Warranty Department was easy to work with and replaced the unit.
