Really like the unit. It is a good size for a small family. We use it frequently to cook or reheat meals. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about two months. The Warranty Department was easy to work with and replaced the unit.

    • The pans do stain.
Well it looks like a nice air fryer. When I got it the handles were bent. So they said they would give me a discount for a card for Amazon. They say that the pans won't stain and they do. They were going to send me a replacement PAN but I never received it. Other than that the air fryer works good.

Edited: Contacted by Customer Service with more detailed instructions. Panel display is a little easier than originally thought. Still disagree with one design choice, when unit is operating, only a few items are lit on the front panel, a small "light" button and a large "power" button are next to each other. Easy to accidentally turn unit off when trying to turn the light on. Takes a little getting used to. Other than that, unit appears to be well made and has replaced 3 other appliances, clearing up counter space. Air-fryer takes a tiny bit longer to do the job than the one it's replacing, but not really a bother and the glass doors more than make up for it, not having to open the draw, shake the items, etc. ... show more

I bought my air fryer last November and after 2.5 months it died. I emailed the company, explained what happened and the sent me a new one. No questions, no cost to me. I couldn't be happier and the air fryer works great. Cooks teriyaki salmon perfectly.

Love it! Easy to use. Same thing as Emeril Lagasse but cheaper. I actually cooked a pizza in there. It's awesome! Food cones out crispy and yummy. Worth every penny.
