It worked great for 18 months. Out of those 18 months it was only used 6 months. Today I turned it on for its third season and it stopped heating after 10 minutes. Its BROKEN. I didn't think I'd need protection. Im really tired of asian junk. It amounts to theft. However I reordered the same item this time with protection. They will pay for my inconvenience next time. I hope their sales department reads this....

Bought this to use on my Lanai. Love that it oscillates. Will warm up the area very quickly. The housing stays nice and cool making it easy to move around without fear of burning yourself. Great value for money.

Nice little space heater. Uses less energy than our ceramic space heater, puts out more heat, and is faster to get to full temp (less than 2 seconds). Oscillating feature is nice to get heat to a wider area. Gives off a warm orange glow in the dark, so if you don’t want the added light you may want to go with a ceramic heater. The only negative I’ve seen is that it will not turn on if tilted to certain angles. Completely vertical doesn’t seem to work. Not a big issue for us because we use it at a slight upward pointing angle, but if you get one and it isn’t working, try adjusting the tilt. These parabolic heaters give off infrared heat, so you can still feel the heat even in windy conditions so we keep this one on our patio, and move the ceramic heater into the garage.

Prompt delivery. Great packaging. Heater intact. Good instructions in the manual. Smallish size easily portable. Has low and higher settings to choose from. Simple operation. Lower wattage than most other units creates less electricity pull. Although no remote control it has several timer settings which works for me in my bedroom when I fall asleep and it won't stay on all night. The radiating heat is sufficient to warm the whole room and is quiet. Worth the price. 🥰

The media could not be loaded. I actually love this heater. It does a wonderful job at osculating quietly and heating the entire room. When my gas heater broke, it kept up with keeping me warm in degrees of -11 Fahrenheit for over 4 days!! BUT given that I had to leave it running for so long one important thing became apparent. Some kind of chemical burns off of it. It does not have an odor per day, but every time the heater was on for a long time my heart beat would go faster, my eyes would sting and my sinuses would suddenly close, and I just generally felt unwell and somehow toxic. Outdoor walks would see these symptoms disappear. It took me a looong time to figure out it was this heater because I never had it on for a full 24 hours before. After eliminating every other possibility, I finally took a really good look at my little heater. Upon examination it has some kind of furry heat proof coating on the metal screen. Which I’m sure has some kind of fire retardant in it otherwise it would ignite into flames. After lengthy periods of constant heat, this coating does offgas something undesirable. I am chemically sensitive, so unfortunately I have to go with the more expensive Costco one or whatever the brand is, but when you buy these heaters, consider getting ones that have all metal screens. Yes, it’s nice not to get burned, but it’s also nice to breathe clean indoor air. Unfortunately, I have missed my return window, so this will be kept for emergency back ups only, and probably only down in my basement where nobody lives in case, my gas heater acts up again, and I need to keep the basement reasonably warm.

This kicks out plenty of heat without the fan noise to move the heat around. I love the oscillating feature. Quickly heats my home office in silence. Overall build quality feels a little cheap, but so far it's been performing perfectly. Time will tell for the durability.

This product is quite effective in providing warmth within a limited space. However, it requires close proximity to be fully effective. It has not caused any fires, but it is essential to maintain constant vigilance when using any space heater. Leaving it unattended while away from home or out of the room is strongly discouraged. Despite its limitations, it does provide warmth when in close proximity. The construction appears to be of good quality, and it operates silently. The first unit I purchased has been in continuous operation for a year without any issues. Considering its compact size, it functions adequately, and the remote control works effectively.
