I love it! I been using it a couple of times to make ice and freeze it. The noise is not even bad either and it has been reliable. The self cleaning is another plus which I have not used it yet but after im done using it I disconnect it and I open the cap that is in the bottom and leave the top open so it can dry out. That part I thought I would hate was to drain it each time but its not bad draining it out after im done making ice since the cap is right in the bottom front. It says its best to use drinking water so I poor two bottles for each batch which I made 3 batches and its lasted me for a week now so it depends how much you use ice and the bottle of water works really good but im thinking of buying a gallon water but i will see because the water taste good and it takes longer to melt not sure if its because its drinking water but its really good. It does take a little to produce a lot of ice and don’t think its not going to melt since its not a freezer basket so I try to dump the basket into my ice bag each time its done and put it into the freezer right away until my next batch is ready. But im really happy with it so far no issues so I hope it lasts me for a long time. This will help when I have parties drinking margaritas, soda or ice coffee with nice little nuggets that are nice to chew they are not super soft but good enough to chew. There were others that I was looking at but you had to use some things to wash it and this one it says to just clean it with water and white vinegar so I thought this one was better for me. I also like that it stops if nuggets get stuck or full so you have to make sure you remove the ice and it automatically start again. I also like that if its out of water it triggers the add water light so you know to add more water. I’m super happy with it 🥰. I didn’t add a picture since there is plenty of pictures in here and its exactly how people describe it. One thing that I did read is not to leave the water without draining it since old water sitting there could cause to taste nasty so that’s why I decided to just drain it out when not in use. Hopefully I added everything here to help you decide which one is best for you.

Great quality for the price. It produces ice very quickly and the nuggets are perfect size. After struggling with the ice maker in my Sa….g 😡refrigerator I had enough and was ready for reliability. So I did research and purchased this one. The noise level is minimal blends in with other household sounds. It is super easy to fill, empty and the cleaning process is very simple. The ice tastes great. I am extremely impressed with my purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for countertop ice maker. Worth every penny!

We really like this ice maker, but you need to know you cannot make ice in this and think you are going to save it in another freezer. Its soft and when you try to freeze a bag full of it, it just makes a clump and you can't use it in your cups. We only use distilled water in it. So far, it works well. Makes ice quickly and keeps it ready to serve for several hours.

The ice maker came on time and had all the parts! It can be a little loud but I dont mind it. It is now louder than my fridge. It makes nugget ice as expected and rather quickly. I am satisfied and would buy from this seller again. Thank you

Do NOT buy this one. This is the noisiest appliance in our home, even louder than our washer and dryer. So loud we moved it to another room; it is so aggravating. Makes good ice, but is also high maintenance. Constantly have to move ice away from chute cause it clogs up. Not convenient at all. We thought this was a great deal on sale, but we are so disappointed.

We absolutely loved the ice this one produced when it worked. This is our SECOND machine within 6 months to do the exact thing. It started off great and then decided to make a god awful noise and stops making ice. We did all the troubleshooting and cleaned it per instructions. We are so disappointed! This one will be returned! I guess we need to change brands. UPDATE: Kismile gave me a refund and gave great customer service. So I changed my review to 3 stars.
