An Impressive All-in-One Upgrade from Kismile!
I recently upgraded our top-loading kitchen water cooler to a bottom-loading model and absolutely love the convenience. I’m short, so lifting 50-pound water bottles higher than my shoulders—while simultaneously inverting them and trying not to spill water—was always awkward. When this Kismile dispenser became available with a built-in ice maker, it was a no-brainer. It has now replaced the top-loading dispenser in our ground-floor office. I own multiple Kismile products and have been incredibly impressed by their quality each and every time. This machine is no exception. It arrived beautifully packaged by the manufacturer, included clear, well-written instructions, and worked perfectly from the start. It combines all the features I find most useful: hot and cold water, convenient bottom loading, and—amazingly—bullet ice, all in one dependable machine. It even has a room-temperature water option, which my other dispenser doesn’t offer. The cold water is refreshingly cold even without adding ice, while the hot water is genuinely hot—perfect for tea or even pour-over coffee. Like my stand-alone Kismile ice maker, the ice function is impressively fast and responsive. The machine is also quieter than my other bottom-loading water cooler, aside from the expected sound of the ice dropping into the basket. The dispenser has a substantial, high-quality feel and looks impressive. I especially like the black and stainless-steel finish. My first water cooler was white and eventually showed yellowing and age, while my black dispensers continue to look new. One thing to keep in mind is that the ice basket is not intended for long-term ice storage. If you want to make a large quantity, you’ll need to transfer the ice to your freezer. Any melted ice drains separately into the drip tray rather than mixing with the drinking water, which I actually appreciate—it’s simply worth knowing ahead of time. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed, attractive, and extremely useful machine. Having hot, cold, and room-temperature water, bottom loading, and fresh bullet ice in one appliance is incredibly convenient. Kismile has impressed me once again!

I love it when equipment pays for itself through daily use and reliability.
I got this for my athletes, and it's probably one of the smartest purchases I’ve made in a while. Every morning before school, they're filling up with ice-cold water without fail, it's become part of their routine because they both play hockey and soccer, so they take a gallon and half container with them every morning. Honestly, Kismile doesn’t disappoint. They build products that last, and this dispenser proves their entire lineup is worth the checking out. The speed and capacity are genuinely impressive, and the ice quality is noticeably better than my standard ice makers who not only are limited to a small bucket but even then the ice tends to melt super fast because I think the temperature is higher than on this one. At this point, I'm already eyeing their mini fridges for my kids electrolyte setup to pair with the extra ice production. I love it when equipment pays for itself through daily use and reliability. It came well packed, it was easy to set up. Just make sure there is breathing room on both sides but let it sit for a day before you plug it on to allow the cooling to find its gravity. Otherwise it will be super loud from the get go.

Excellent water cooler.
I am impressed by this water cooler.. I got it for its ice making capability and so far it does not disappoint! Once you turn on ice making, you will start getting ice within 6 minutes its that quick. Within an hour the ice Hopper is full. While it holds enough for light to moderate use of one or two individuals, if you're having a party you will need other options. But for general use it's amazing. I was happy to discover that you can get room temperature water, by simply using the hot water dispense without turning on the heating function. Also the hot water function you must first press the child unlock button before it will dispense any hot water, every single time and this automatically is enabled again within a few seconds of dispensing hot water. While it's not a perfect child lock, toddlers in their ability to push every button in sight, is still possible they could get hot water to dispense. So appropriate supervision is probably still necessary. Cold water is extremely cold as it dispenses out of the same reservoir that does the ice making. Installation is simple just plug and play. So far it's holding up well under frequent daily use. The chilling function for making ice can be noisy at times depending on the mode of operation. Late at night if I don't need ice I will often turn off the ice making function so I don't have to listen to the compressor running almost Non-Stop. Though it will shut off when the ice is full and only cycles back on when needed. In general very pleased with this and I would recommend it. Thumbs up!!

Convenient, Fast, and Perfect for Everyday Use!
This 4-in-1 water dispenser has been a fantastic addition to my home. I love having hot, cold, and room-temperature water available at the touch of a button, and the built-in ice maker is a huge bonus. ITS LOUD IN MY ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. It sounds like a brewing coffee pot. All the time whether its making ice or not. Even chilling or heating the water is loud. We keep it off unless making ice. This highly convenient unit dispenses perfectly chilled or hot water while simultaneously acting as a quick ice maker. The ice is great.

Solid, Well Made, and Packed With Useful Features
This is a very solid, well-made water dispenser. It has a substantial feel to it and does not come across as cheap at all. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size. It does not take up nearly as much space as I expected for something that combines this many functions. I tested the hot and cold water dispensing, and both worked well. Having hot and cold water available immediately is already convenient, and the built-in ice maker makes this especially interesting. I have not tested the ice-making feature yet, so I cannot comment on its performance, but I really like the idea of having all three functions in one machine. The child lock is another feature I appreciate, especially on a unit that dispenses hot water. It is also a good-looking machine and feels sturdy and substantial. I have seen some similar-looking units priced for less, so I am not completely sold on the price, but the overall quality and combination of features still make me feel that the value is there. I would recommend it.

Good water cooler, almost great.
We love this water cooler. A huge upgrade from our last one in several ways. All buttons are in the front, rather than hidden behind the unit. The ice maker is a game changer. Water is cold, Ice is colder, and the hot water heats up quickly and hot. Everything you could ask for as far as the water flow etc. It has two drawbacks that must be mentioned though. There is no "night light" for the dispenser, so turning a light on at night is mandatory, so we do miss that about our old cooler. The other issue is the dispensing area is small. anything taller like a reusable water bottle over about 20 ounces is difficult to fill. We have many 32-64 oz bottles we use, and they are not the easiest. Otherwise, this is a great water cooler. Pros: All buttons on front, hot water hot, cold water cold, ICE!!!! Cons: No night light, small dispenser pocket.
