Let's me just say that this smoker is a powerhouse. Shipping was quick and amazing. Set up was even better. It took no time at all to unbox this smoker and have it set up and ready to use. The burn in process was fast and easy and was ready to use before I knew it. The fist think I cooked was 2 pork butts and after a 7 hour cook it ran flawless. Not one issue. It held the temp perfectly and the pellet feeder never had an issue. Then the pork was finished my family said it was the best smoked butt they have had. Clean up was simple and now its sitting and waiting for the next smoke. I have an offset smoker that I use all the time but I will say, its time to retire it because this one is now my go to smoker. If you haven't tried this smoker you really should. Another great think I love about it is that the legs fold down and its an easy item to take on camping trips, parties, or sporting events. The is the best smoker and I can’t wait to take it tailgating🥳 I really wasn’t expecting such a sturdy smoker at this price range. It was easy to build since every piece was numbered. It has wheels which makes it easy to move. Has a huge hopper so I don’t have to keep refilling. Has a no mess drip pan and grease bucket for less cleaning. So much ro like and not a lot to dislike. I put it to use 3 hours after it arrived I put this thing together in under an hour, burned it in in 45, and was smoking pork tenderloin an hour later. I've never used a pellet smoker before but this was really simple to use. Important: follow the directions, especially the part about burning it in/ or seasoning it. There is some oil residue so you'll want that gone before your use it. So when it arrived, we got hit with below freezing Temps. I assembled it indoors then took it outside to use. It held temp in 25 degree weather. It has 2 meat probe inputs but it did not come with meat probes. Luckily I had some and it worked fine. I did test their accuracy with another probe. I do like the fact that it is portable but I'm not really sure if I'll take advantage of it. I assume if you have a camper or tailgate - the compact size of this would really come in handy. ... show more

Simple and sturdy. You get a great deal on the price. Assembly was done in under 1hr. Be aware that the cooking surface is small. Defetnetly won't be able to do a large brisket. If you read the description you know what your getting. Perfect for camping.

This thing is amazing. It was simple to assemble and didn't take too long. It holds heat well! On several occasions we have smoked meat for 12+ hours and are never disappointed. We take the legs off and put it on the truck bed for camp trips too.
