I recommend buying your kind patches on here on Amazon instead of the kind website. I order my first set here on Amazon and got them within 2 weeks . The next time I ordered through the kind website and never received them I sent them 2 emails one after waiting a month and the second was a month and half requesting a full refund and informing them I won’t order from the website because I had to wait for nothing to come . They are itchy, and leave round spots on my skin . I do have sensitive skin , so if your like me and have a sensitivity to bandages or sticky substances on your skin this will most likely annoy your skin . But note for me it bugs me when I thinking about it once I start working and I’m busy it’s doesn’t bother me as much . It still does but I think it’s usually when I sweat a lot with it on it Bothers me . It’s not bad on price . I pay I think the same as if you were to get it on the website . ... show more

They seem to work. I feel like they’ve helped me even lose a little weight. (I’m in the middle of my 3rd week.) They’re easy to put on and taking off isn’t bad either. They don’t “rip” off like bandaids. Now for the negative. They leave dry, red itchy spots. However, so does any adhesive that I use. It’s not just the patch. The marks get less red and go away. These actually worked with food cravings. Have to give them time though and be consistent. They do leave a rash on my skin that goes away. I also kept them on longer than recommended so that could be why.

Day three and I am kind of cautiously optimistic. I have no reaction to adhesive patches stay on and are easy to put on and takeoff. They’re really strange thing is that I have absolutely no appetite. None. I have to remind myself to eat something, and it is very easy to limit portions.
