This 3-wheel scooter is... okay lol, like it does the job and our kiddo still has fun on it, but I also gotta be honest that the quality is not amazing. It was easy enough to get going and the adjustability is nice bc you can tweak it as needed, so I will give it that for sure. The lighting is a fun touch too, and that definitely helps make it more exciting for a kid, which matters bc that is half the battle sometimes 😅. But yeah, compared to some other scooters we have seen, this one feels a little more cheaply made and you notice that pretty quick once you start messing with it. The ride quality is fine, not terrible, not great, just kind of in that middle zone where it works but does not feel super smooth or premium or anything. Stability has been decent enough with the 3-wheel setup, so from that side I do think it is suitable for basic kid use and it has not been some total mess. Our kid still likes it and has had fun with it, so I cannot say it is a bad scooter exactly... just not one I would hype up like crazy either. I think this is one of those where expectations matter a lot, bc if you just want something that works, cool, but if you want higher quality you will probably notice the difference right away. So overall it still works and gets used, but I would probably knock the rating down a bit bc the quality just is not quite there for me tbh.

Cheap crap is what the scooter is. The design on the front wheels for turning is ridiculous. It will eventually break sending your child face first on the concrete. Not only is it cheaply built it doesn’t even come with the correct nuts bolts needed to assemble it. It’s like someone stuck her hand down in the spare bolt bin and said yeah, that’ll do.

This is a gift for a grandkid, so I cannot speak to its "wow" factor with the boy yet. But I can review its quality and assembly (and we also tested it briefly with a young and lightweight college grad, who pronounced it "sweet.") First off, it doesn't steer like most scooters or trikes. You lean in the direction you want to go; the steering column and wheels do not turn if you try to turn them. It's all vibes, hahah. The installation was fairly straightforward; the included tools are not particularly high quality, but they did the job ... barely. It's always better to use your own Allen wrench or screwdriver or what-have-you. There were extra nuts/bolts/screws left over. Nothing had to be redone. It seems solidly built and like I said, it supported a tiny adult on a ride of a few minutes inside the house. The riding deck is wide and there's a rudimentary brake on the back wheel. There are light-up wheels, not very visible at all in daylight. The adjustable steering column is great, as young kids grow like weeds. And it can fold up to be tossed in the trunk and taken with you (we live on a hill with gravel roads, so this will be a necessary step before use.) This is a good value for the price.

As a first scooter for kids, this model delivers a mixed experience with clear strengths for beginners but a few design choices that limit long term satisfaction, in my opinion. The overall stability is the strongest part of the design. The dual rear wheel setup and wide deck give younger riders a more confident starting point, especially on flat surfaces like sidewalks or driveways. It does a good job helping kids who are still developing balance feel secure while they learn. The adjustable handlebar is practical and makes the scooter usable across a wide age range from ages six to twelve. The height adjustment range from 27.5 inches to 33 inches allows the scooter to grow with the child, which adds value for families who do not want to replace equipment too quickly. The lean to steer system is intuitive for most kids (Some flaws though listed further below) .
